N-323, 18100, Armilla
Been here?
This is a large daytime parking area beside a shopping centre, suitable for visiting Granada but not for overnight stays. It is very noisy, especially because it is used by buses, while tram line L1 is about 100m away and reaches the city centre in around 15 minutes. A return metro ticket costs €3 including a rechargeable ticket, though access is tight and awkward for long vehicles.

Good for daytime parking. Very easy to get to the city center, with a €3 return metro fare including a rechargeable ticket.
I would not spend the night here because it is primarily a bus parking area and very noisy, but it is perfect for visiting the city during the day! The tram line is 100 meters away, and there is also a huge shopping center right next door.
Excellent parking area for daytime use only, to visit the city. A tram on line L1 is just a few meters away and takes you to the city center in 15 minutes, direction Arbolote, Recogidas stop. The ticket costs €2.50 return. To come back, get off in the direction of Armilla, Sierra Nevada stop.
YOU CAN ONLY PARK DURING THE DAY! Parking is restricted to opening hours of the shopping centre. You may be lucky but we were one of several vans ordered to move at 10pm. Security advised the land was private property. Great daytime parking for shopping although access is difficult as one end of the parking has been barricaded (1/2/24)
Very convenient parking area. Easier to enter and exit than the other one. Despite the no-parking signs, the Guardia Civil parked there and greeted us, so there were no problems parking during the day. Noisy, certainly, but very practical, even with a camper and trailer measuring 12 meters in total!
Access in is tight and not that easy in a long van - made even more difficult by the takeaway bikes parked on the corner. Exiting is also awkward, if you want to avoid entering the main car park for the shopping centre you have to cross 2 lanes and both times we’ve been the traffic has been bad. Parking area is big enough.
We gave up trying to find a spot in the city center and parked here, then took the tram into town. Overnight parking is obviously prohibited here, but the parking area is spacious, although unpaved. Despite being opposite the shopping center, it did not feel particularly safe to me.
Sign saying overnight stays prohibited.
The shopping center's security guards no longer let people sleep here. Around Lidl, which is 50 meters away, parking and spending the night is great.
Spending the night in Murta is not recommended, nor is going shopping at Nevada Shopping Center. ....
It is no longer possible to spend the night here. The guards come at 2 a.m. and ask you to leave. As daytime parking, it is fine for visiting the shopping center.
The large parking area is gone; entry is forbidden. The campers must have done something. I have seen groups set up as if this were a campsite. Keep it up and we will have to sell all our vehicles because we cannot park anywhere. What a shame.
Parked during the day to visit the city. Felt safe, but when we returned we were told to leave because overnight stays were not allowed by the shopping center's security.
We were visiting the city for the weekend and left the motorhome there, returning at night to sleep. Great for parking and visiting the city. Free, with the metro nearby. It has a few potholes, but nothing serious.
Lots of people, vehicles, and music at all hours; the ground was full of puddles and mud, so we had to leave without spending the night. Difficult entrance with potholes. I do not know how anyone gives this place stars.
Clean, flat and campers friendly. Yes, it is noisy as it is right next to a main road and a shopping center and yes, it is not possible to sit outside, walk around, etc. but for this price you get a free space right next to the tram that takes you in the city center in 10 mins. Perfect for visiting Granada.
Nevada Shopping Center, very nice!!! Thank you for offering this place to discover wonderful Granada!! Tram 100 meters away. You cannot ask for more. Free.
Stayed 24 hours. Great stopover, lots of motor homes and campers. Relatively flat gravel car park. Underground parking available during the day (2.9m max). Toilets inside the shopping centre and free wifi. Lots of restaurants inside as well as a supermarket. Yes it’s near the road but it’s a free stopover, and it didn’t bother us. Tram 100m away.
Excellent free spot for a visit to Granada/Alhambra etc. No services. Entry a little hidden. Stayed here during the day to visit town. Lots of RVs here. Place felt safe. Taxi to Alhambra jjst shy of 10 Euros
We arrived on the night of the 25th. The parking area had plenty of space; the entrance is a little strange, but fine... There is a tram stop next to it; then you walk 15 minutes and reach the center. There is a large shopping center next door. A good place to discover Granada.
ok place to park up but please please pleas be careful when approaching the entrance when you come off the roundabout stay right the entrance is before the tall display sign if you miss it and go right past you will come to the entrance of the underground car park! then have to reverse back which isn't easy (trust me) nice to hear the Christmas carols on the shopping centre public address system
It is useful for spending one night as a base for accessing the city. During the day there is a lot of noise, especially from the shopping center's public-address system. Be very careful with the access. You must use the lane furthest to the right after passing the penultimate roundabout before reaching the shopping center. If you enter via the last roundabout, you will have problems if you are driving a motorhome.
We parked without any problem, although it is not really a car park and has no services. Saturdays are chaotic. The positive thing is that the metro is nearby, and it is quiet for sleeping.
Noisy during the day, relatively quiet considering that the road is a few meters away. Tram departure 100 meters away for central Granada. Shops nearby. Not bad for one night, but no more.
A very busy road leading in to a difficult swing into the entrance for a long motorhome. OK for vans to approximately 7 mtrs. Constant road noise from the highway and the shopping Mall during opening hours. Nice tropical surroundings though. We went to the large field nearby, not ideal, just satisfactory but better in our opinion than the here and the other adjacent area next to the Shopping Mall
Fabulous place for visiting Granada, with the tram only about a 3-minute walk away. We stayed 3 nights without any problems. It is true that it is a little noisy because of the road and the shopping center's public-address system, but once night falls there is hardly any noise. We had a great stay for those 3 days!
Quiet and safe place, but close to the road and with shopping-center music until closing time. Great for spending one or two nights! Basically, though, it is a parking area without services.
Level parking area, quite noisy during the day because of the shopping center's public-address system. Highway traffic at night. Even so, it is peaceful and well connected by metro to central Granada.
Large open area next to the shopping center. Normally the motorhomes and campers park on one side and the cars on the other. Quite peaceful despite the many people and cars passing through. Recommended.
As soon as I saw it, I left. Far too many people and cars. I cannot imagine anyone liking it, unless it is because it is free, but I would not stay there even for a moment.
Good area for spending one or two nights and discovering Granada. Quiet, clean area, and the best thing is having the shopping center next door. The only thing that happened was that a van kept parking very close to the motorhomes, and we do not know why. One owner spoke to the driver, who moved away and eventually left. I do not recommend leaving much space between the motorhomes.
