Motorway parking, showers and toilets

Great place. I felt very safe. Only one refrigerated truck was annoying, but that is to be expected in a truck parking area. We used the large TV to watch football ;)

We stayed here for another night. The showers and toilet are in a class of their own. You can get reasonably priced food from the restaurant, and all this for ten euros. Still highly recommended!

We stayed for one night. The food was good, and the showers and toilet were fine. There were many trucks in the parking area, and from 6 a.m. it was very loud. In addition, there was a construction site near us that was extremely noisy from around 7 a.m. We paid €15 for 12 hours; showers and toilet were included.

With the van, parking in the restaurant/hotel’s car spaces is free. The shower and access to the toilets cost five euros. The restaurant is not a gourmet temple, but the food is okay—large portions and inexpensive.

Large parking area. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. There is also an extensive breakfast in the morning. Ideal as a stopover; I can highly recommend it. A landscaped lake with a beach area and cocktail bar is new. Opening is on May 1, 2025.

€15 for one night is quite steep, with no disposal facilities and no electricity. Wi-Fi only works in the restaurant, and the food is just okay. We will definitely not return.

Large site, very suitable for large motorhomes or vehicles with trailers. No disposal facilities or electricity. Showers and toilets very clean. The Fichtelgebirgshof restaurant is highly recommended. Rewe, Aldi, and several other shops are only 700 meters away on foot. Despite the nearby motorway and trucks, it is very quiet at night.

Parking in a lot behind the hotel. Good for an overnight stop while traveling. Fine toilet and shower facilities. Restaurant available. Note that the area is also used by trucks, so there is some noise. Paid €10 for 12 hours including a shower.

A great place for one night. Friendly staff, clean toilets and showers, and a decent site. Restaurant Fichtelgebirgshof is recommended: good food, reasonable prices, a lovely terrace, and a carp pond with a beach area and jetty. The nearby motorway can be heard, but it is not too loud.
