Quiet gravel stop, services closed

Recently no longer free of charge; €15 is indicated as a “donation.” Only four spaces are designated, although there are 8 hookups. Toilets cost extra. Far too expensive for what is offered.

Very quiet spot with electricity available. A €15 donation? We invested that at the Oderblick cycling snack bar.

It is okay for one overnight stay. At the moment, access to the river mouth and water is blocked by construction fencing due to an animal disease outbreak. The restaurant was closed during our visit despite its posted opening hours. We found the requested €15 donation excessive.

The place is not really free of charge; according to the sign, €15 per day should be “donated.” I find that too expensive for a gravel parking space with a trash can; the water and disposal facilities were out of service.

Very quiet, good location for the cycle path. Unfortunately, currently only the electricity connection and the toilet block work. The municipality intends to operate the site properly again with water and disposal facilities in the future. Staying self-sufficient for a few days is no problem.

Very peaceful and a nice stop for a one night, There is power and toilets if required and an ample amount of bins located around the area. If nearby I would use again but I would not go out of my way just to stay here.

Quite a nice place, and free at that, with clean toilet containers (€0.50) and an electricity connection. For one euro, 2 kW; ideal for staying overnight.

Great parking, but it is no longer possible to use the facilities; the service point is out of order and it is not possible to empty the cassette or gray water. Only the electrical hookup works: €1 for 2 kWh.

Why is the municipality giving up this beautiful motorhome site? It is very quiet here. Of course we were alone, because it is apparently no longer an official motorhome site. However, there are no prohibition signs.

A wonderfully beautiful campsite. Unfortunately, it has been closed since this year. No water or waste disposal services are operating. According to the former site manager, the Neuzelle authorities have prohibited further use. Nevertheless, we spent four good nights here undisturbed. Our request to the Neuzelle authorities: Please reopen this campsite. It is beautiful here. We will come back regardless!

Everything is abandoned; nothing works, or perhaps only the electricity. No water and no waste disposal either. Why does this happen?

The waste disposal station is out of service. There is no fresh water either. What a shame—it could be a lovely spot.

The site is neglected and there is no water. It is a shame—the older photos promised more, but that potential was not realized. Wasted potential for the region, town, and hospitality businesses. The bike ride along the Neisse-Oder embankment made up for it. Peace and beautiful scenery.
