Been here?
This large, flat gravel parking area is a peaceful base for walking trails, with excellent mountain views and a welcoming refuge restaurant. A recent stay cost 16€ for 2 people for 1 night, including a shower and toilet. The food and hospitality are highly regarded. Access follows a narrow, single-lane mountain road and is unsuitable for very large campers.

Very nice host; we were the only campers there. One night for two people cost €16, including shower and toilet. The parking area is also very well maintained. However, I would not approach with a very large camper, as it is a typical narrow, single-lane mountain road. With campervans, I think it is no problem.Translating
Stunning views and hospitality. We ended up staying 2 nights! The food was excellent, and host delightful. If you see Marcus, say ‘hello’ from Fiona & Avery! Flat and level car park with access to trails. Translating
Very nice motorhome site.Translating
Enchanting and peaceful place. Markus, the owner, is extremely kind; we also had dinner at the mountain hut, with delicious dishes. €12 for one night. Excellent starting point for beautiful hikes. Highly recommended.Translating
Great place and perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking! Also a very friendly innkeeper serving wonderful South Tyrolean home cooking. We will definitely come back.Translating
How can one describe such a heavenly place? There is plenty of room to stay overnight for large and small motorhomes, wonderful food in a lovingly run ski hut managed by a very friendly innkeeper, excellent wine, hot meals, breakfast with homemade bread, a magnificent view, and good hiking trails. Everything is simply perfect. Thank you!Translating
A very peaceful and beautiful place. With the fantastic view and very good food, you can easily stay more than two days. Definitely one of my new favorite places.Translating
Two stars only because prices are listed as €6 per day until midnight, but I paid €17 for one night instead of €12. Otherwise everything was fine; no showers or electricity in the parking area.Translating
It is simply a gravel parking area, but a fantastic place with friendly people. Marcus is an honest host and has a restaurant where you can eat delicious food at fair prices. The parking is also very cheap; we paid only €24 for two days. Definitely recommended.Translating
Great place to spend the night, very peaceful, with shower and toilet. Price €12 per night plus €2 for the shower. Starting point for several hikes.Translating
We REALLY liked this place. Ok.. the actual spot for the van is just a big flat carpark so nothing special, but next door there is a hill-side ski hut with awesome wooden terrace meaning incredible views where you can get coffee and homemade bread and condiments for breakfast. The guy who runs this is really nice, we had such a nice morning. Hikes are possible. Toilet/bathroom very good. Translating
Calm and with good facilities. In the morning you can get a fresh breakfast on the terrace of the hut, in the morning sun and with an amazing view of the Dolomites. Very kind owner!Translating
What a beautiful place. In the middle of nature and very quiet. The innkeeper of the neighboring hut is extremely friendly. Toilet and, if needed, showers are available. In the evening he reopened the kitchen especially for us. Very tasty food and pleasant conversation. I would gladly return to this beautiful place. See you soon.Translating
Beautiful mountain location. Warm and welcoming innkeeper who started the kitchen especially for us. We were also allowed to use the toilet and shower. Highly recommended!Translating
Entry and exit possible at any time. Free use of the toilets. Dishwashing facilities available. Very quiet location surrounded by nature in the heart of South Tyrol’s Sarntal valley.Translating
Super-friendly, kind, and helpful innkeeper. Parking is also possible for larger motorhomes. Excellent starting point for hikes in the surrounding area. Breakfast and meals available, and very tasty!Translating
I completely agree with the previous reviewers. Welcoming hut host and peaceful overnight stay. Top-notch.Translating
We arrived only at 9 p.m., but Markus came straight out of the mountain hut and showed us where to park. Although he had a day off the following day, he still offered us coffee and a croissant and gave us many helpful tips. Very quiet and comfortable. The toilets were also very modern and clean. Gladly again.Translating
The place is as described. Excellent starting point for many hikes and bike rides. The manager of the adjacent hut is very helpful and kind. You can have lunch and dinner at the hut while enjoying a fantastic view.Translating
Paid gravel parking, €15 for 24 hours, with no services. No waste bins.Translating
Very beautiful place with plenty of space. Clean, free toilets are available in the building’s basement. Clean showers cost €2, payable at the bar. We slept very well.Translating
Gravel car park, base of several walks into the mountains. Parking is €6.00 a day, hence €12.00 per night. Parking is quite basic at the moment, but the owner (Marcus) is focussing on campers, etc. and aims at improving the facilities: electricity, water, disposal, etc. Upon request, Marcus can provide a decent meal. Toilets and a shower available. Marcus is multi-lingual. Warmly recommended!Translating
