Via delle Rose, 50025, Montespertoli
Been here?
This wild spot is a quiet gravel area among vineyards and woodland, with room for two vehicles and possible full shade. There are no services, but the location offers peaceful nights, vineyard views and attractive sunrises. The access road is winding, uneven and difficult for larger campers, especially after rain. Walkers and cyclists occasionally pass, and aircraft can sometimes be heard.

Easy to reach, very quiet, fully shaded parking is possible, space for two vehicles, beautiful sunrise overlooking the vineyards. Cyclists or hikers pass by occasionally; about once an hour you hear a quiet airplane. Unfortunately, very poor reception, but still absolutely recommendable.
Perfect place, shaded by trees and quiet. The track is a little bumpy, but manageable in a van.
The place is still lovely and we will spend another night here. Those before us who surely also found the place through P4N and left their rubbish bag behind will hopefully read this comment too! Shame on you, or stop wild camping! You are ruining the last tolerated places by leaving your mess behind!! (Of course, we are taking it with us.)
Great spot, absolute tranquility with several possible pitches along the forest tracks bordering the vineyards. Magnificent sunset. Accessible within 5 minutes from the main roads. Be careful after heavy rain in previous days, as the terrain is rough and very wet over the last few meters.
Good nature spot. We stayed the night arriving at around 8.30pm and it was just us. We had a peaceful night. Take away a star because it is very pot holy to drive in.
We spent one night here. The road to the pitch was very adventurous and impossible for larger motorhomes. I imagine it would be difficult in the rain too. The pitch is very quiet, surrounded by nature. You cannot stand perfectly level there, but that did not bother us. We felt very safe.
Beware if your vehicle is tall; passing under the trees is not easy. Otherwise, a quiet night.
Great for one night. Level spots available. The last 500 m have larger potholes, but drive slowly and it is manageable. You can hear planes in the morning, but it is completely fine.
Good, level spot between vineyards and forest. We were alone. Unfortunately, there is no sun late in the day. Otherwise, the night was very quiet.
Great spot. We arrived late but still found a relatively level place. It is extremely quiet at night. The road is bumpy to get there, but going slowly works well in a California van. It is also the starting point for several walks through the vineyards and olive groves the next day!
Great spot in the middle of nature! It was very quiet and clean. Indeed, it is under a flight path, but it did not bother us; there probably are no flights between 10/11 p.m. and 5/6 a.m. The access road is quite bumpy, but it is easily manageable if you drive slowly. I suppose it is more complicated in rainy weather. Thanks for sharing this lovely place!
We really loved this fairly quiet and spacious spot, which is easy to access. The track has large potholes, but we saw small trucks driving through. So far, it is truly our favorite spot.
Super beautiful, quiet place. The track is currently very overgrown. Our Boxer barely fit through. It is a shame that here too tissues now indicate people have relieved themselves. Just clean it up or buy a camping toilet so everyone can enjoy the place.
Nice spot, intended for two (three at most). We were also there with a French couple; it was cool.
Slept just before, in a recess! It was very quiet and shaded! In short, excellent!
Very pleasant place in the shade, on the edge of a vineyard. But they treated the vineyard all afternoon, spraying chemicals from a tractor. We preferred to leave; too bad, because it was very beautiful!
Excellent pitch in the middle of nature. Half forest, half vineyard. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Easy to sleep here. Beautiful sunset. A few distant barking dogs, but that is nature too. I recommend this spot. Easy to access in a van.
A calm place, just a few walkers in the morning. came here with a 6,1 m camper, but it was tight and bumpy. Would give 5 stars if there was a view.
Very nice spot, more or less easy to access (potholes). Do not arrive too early, otherwise you get a series of planes landing in Florence. Vineyards nearby. Shaded area under trees.
Good spot, be careful because there are many potholes on the access road. Also be careful in rainy weather, as it can quickly become muddy. Otherwise, the place is quiet, with a few local residents passing by but nothing bothersome.
Quiet pitch, not very level. Access becomes difficult and muddy after a storm. Good for one night, 20 minutes from Florence.
Great spot for peace and quiet and to watch the sunset over the vineyards. Indeed, avoid it in rainy weather. 4G reception is fairly average, so choose your pitch carefully. The same applies to finding a level spot. The road is no problem with a Ducato L4H2.
Quiet and shaded. Several parking spaces, suitable for a van. Be careful: two spots are visible. The first on the right is bumpy (a van got stuck and we spent several hours helping it get out). The second is 100 m farther on the right and is very pleasant, with little traffic and nice neighbors.
Quiet and pleasant spot. The access road is narrow (often only one vehicle can pass) but very little used. The last 100 m are even narrower and branches brush against the vehicle, but not too harshly. We were there yesterday with our Jumper L2H2 and it passed easily. Someone had cleaned the spot before us and there were three full garbage bags.
Tuscan tranquility, trees and forest all around—it was magnificent. Avoid in rainy weather, otherwise getting stuck in the mud is guaranteed! The road to get there is quite rough and full of potholes, but the place is fantastic.
Very scenic. The sunset a painting for itself. BUT: people are fly tipping here. Sad :( the road (last meters) before the destination are very bumpy and some thin branches on the side scratching. And one last; the camp is under trees. So there was no direct sun which propably good for summer time. Felt safe. Not a single person passed us.
The indicated place is dirty (garbage bags, car parts, a metal can...). We settled along the vineyards. It is very quiet, with a few planes in the evening and then nothing during the night.
Really good spot, but unfortunately rather difficult to reach and uneven after rainy weather. Levelling ramps are essential. Otherwise, a great area for walks from the pitch and a strong feeling of safety. I recommend it!
Great spot! Accessible by van without any problem. Avoid it if it has rained in recent days, as there is a risk of getting stuck if a lot of rain has fallen.
Five-star spot. Very quiet, in the middle of nature. The last 100 meters are a little bumpy, but manageable if you drive slowly.
Very nice spot between Pisa and Florence in the Tuscan countryside! The previous comments said it all: quiet, few cars, surrounded by nature and very close to Florence, but rough terrain, some litter and tiger mosquitoes unfortunately. We have an H2L2 and stopped 200 m before the GPS point. We had a very good night's sleep.
Confirmation of the positive reviews: quiet, and we had a fox visit in the evening and morning. BUT many low-flying planes landing in Florence and, ABOVE ALL, very difficult access. The rough track scraped the underbody of our 2.10 m x 7 m van, and vegetation brushed against the sides of the bodywork.
