This is a small, calm parking area beside a country road, with a picnic bench and plenty of surrounding nature. Overnight stays are possible, but the spot is better suited to a camper van than a larger motorhome. The road is audible but lightly used, the grass can be high, and there are no supply facilities.

Quiet place, lots of nature. The road is within earshot and relatively little used. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday; it may be different during the week. Cyclists, joggers, and hikers passed by and were always greeted politely. The grass was relatively tall, although it had been mowed around the seating area. Hiking trails are shown on the information board.
Because it was too noisy for us at the church in Ermershausen, we spent the night here. Beautiful and quiet; we liked it. More suitable for a VW van than larger motorhomes. Natural surroundings, grassy surface, mossy picnic table, and we saw no one. A small road nearby with hardly any cars.
