14 Via del Pane Bianco, 34146, Trieste
Been here?
A private RV parking area 4 km from Trieste, suitable for an overnight stay and city visits. Bus line 29 reaches the old town in 10 minutes, with a nearby public-transport stop. Access roads are narrow and steep, so the owner’s directions and access code are essential. There is little or no shade, and services and electricity cost extra; a cold outdoor shower is available.

We had an uneventful stay. A perfect overnight option for exploring Trieste. Bus line 29 takes only 10 minutes to the old town. If you follow the description, access is straightforward. The only downside is the lack of shade.
Convenient place to spend a night in Trieste. The price matches the services, and the shower under the fig tree is wonderful.
An economical option compared with the campsites available around Trieste. The roads to reach the parking area are quite narrow; there is no shade, and services and electricity cost extra. Convenient for the city center thanks to the nearby public transport stop. The owners are helpful and respond very quickly when contacted. Check-in is a little confusing.
We parked our motorhome at Mamaca Park for a week during a cruise. After giving Carolina our live location via WhatsApp, she guided us by phone to the site and then took us to the ship with our luggage and picked us up again. It was perfect service! We can absolutely recommend it. Thank you very much, Carolina!
Convenient for a quiet overnight stop near the border. Carolina is very kind, and with her directions we had no problems.
Sufficient for spending a night while getting to know Trieste. You can also eat well in the village. Everything worked well.
A good place to visit Trieste. Be sure to contact Carolina via WhatsApp beforehand. She sends the directions, the pitch plan, and the door code. Not all parking spaces belong to the site! The information stand is on the lower level on the right, where a red flag is hanging. Fill out the form, send it to Carolina via WhatsApp, and place it visibly at the front of the camper.
Very narrow roads to get there. Lots of caravans parking permanently (unused). Confusing check in. We were told to find a box with the form but it was on the lower level in a remote corner. We were there alone. But it was quiet.
Very difficult access through small, steep, extremely narrow streets. You absolutely must contact someone beforehand. Currently under construction, so the ground is dusty and covered with stones. We are still looking for the toilets and indoor shower, as there is only one outdoor shower without doors. All this for €23 per night.
Very convenient motorhome parking area, but reachable only by following the managers’ directions exactly! Bus stop 100 m away, with buses every 8 minutes. Convenient gray- and black-water disposal and mostly level pitches.
Located outside the center in an uphill neighborhood with rather narrow two-way streets (do not follow the GPS). A hybrid parking area, also used by cars. Almost all spaces are reasonably level, except spaces R, S, T, U, and V, which are very sloped. Convenient water and waste disposal, all at one drain. The managers are not on site; you must call to get the gate-opening code.
Motorhome parking on a hill, on gravel. Not all spaces are level and not all have electricity. Free water and waste disposal; bathroom use is charged at a daily rate. Carolina is very kind and helpful. The center can be reached by a convenient tram that takes 10 minutes to the historic center. The parking area is not close to cycle paths or Miramare Castle.
We stayed here for two nights. Private motorhome area, with optional 220 V hookup and the possibility of using a bathroom for an extra fee. Gray- and black-water disposal is free. Level parking, connected to central Trieste by bus 29, which passes 100 m away. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. If I return to the area, I will definitely come back.
Excellent solution for Trieste. A quiet area, 15 minutes from the center by bicycle. Everything is well organized. The managers are very friendly. I was able to use 16 A electricity.
Very convenient for visiting Trieste. Bus 29 stops 200 m from the campsite every 5 minutes. The staff are helpful and very kind. Follow the manager’s directions; the roads are quite narrow, but we arrived without problems in a camper over 8 meters long.
Excellent for visiting Trieste and the surrounding area. Bus stop about 100 meters away. For arrival and departure, follow Carolina’s meticulous instructions. The managers are available on WhatsApp.
Good location for visiting Trieste. We stayed for 2 nights and took the bus into town. Very convenient and cheap. Near the bus stop there is a small bakery which also sells some other supplies. This is basically a car park, so no frills but good Motorhome facilities. Follow the directions you receive by WhatsApp and you will get there.
As others have said. One star lost for broken Wi-Fi and no apology or discount.
Great little place to visit Trieste. 1 star deducted as you are not permitted to us the shower toilet facilities unless you pay extra, but we felt it was overpriced for what it is. That said, it's secure, so you can leave the van to go out. Make sure to WhatsApp for the directions as the streets are quite narrow for larger vehicles.
We stayed for three nights—the first night cost €22, and the second and third nights €17 (without electricity/toilet/shower). Electricity was €5 per night, and toilet/shower €14 per night. Since there was a cold outdoor shower and gray-water disposal, it was completely sufficient for us! The location is excellent—15 minutes to the center by bus and 30 minutes to Muggia. A day ticket costs €3.35 :-) The excellent Pizzeria Arcobaleno is five minutes away.
Large, clean parking area. Access to toilets and hot showers for €17 per night. A cold shower is available. Quiet. Very easy contact with the managers via WhatsApp. The directions for accessing the parking area, received via WhatsApp, are clear. Fifteen minutes by bus to the city center, with a stop 200 m from the parking area. Night bus available for the return.
Excellent parking area, complete with gray- and black-water disposal and electricity, plus an optional bathroom with shower for an extra fee. A free outdoor shower is available. Be careful with longer campers, but it is still reachable. Highly recommended!
Very convenient parking near the stadium. Super-friendly, helpful, and organized staff. They sent precise directions for reaching the parking area without any problems. Quiet area with bars nearby.
Not necessarily easy to find or access; be sure to ask the owner for the route via WhatsApp. The place is quiet and has all amenities. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating.
Make sure to contact the manager for the access route. The GPS will take you through very difficult and impossible places. Bus to the city center stops 50 m away. A little expensive.
Excellent location for visiting Trieste. You need to message Edoardo on WhatsApp for the correct route to the spot; the instructions are clear and it is very accessible (we have a 7.5 m motorhome). 4 A electricity for €5, sufficient for the air conditioning. Water, gray-water and black-water disposal. Bus 29 stops at the gate and reaches central Trieste in 20 minutes.
Great for resting. Very friendly staff. To get to the center, bus 29 stops on the access road. It takes about an hour on foot. If you use the second entrance shown by the GPS, you can get there easily with a 7.5-meter motorhome. Good value for money. Fully recommended.
