This is a tree-lined parking lot in an industrial area near the motorway, with shade and little activity at weekends. The motorway is 100 meters away, so it is not completely quiet, although the parking can otherwise be very calm. The city centre is reachable within a few minutes by bicycle or on foot, with other amenities nearby.

I parked 100 meters farther on the Posthof car park for a comedy show. Very, very quiet. No noise. Only partygoers made a commotion until 1 a.m., but the place cannot be blamed for that.
If you do not expect an oasis of peace in an industrial area of a large city near the motorway, it is a nice place. A few minutes by bicycle to the center, and also easily reachable on foot.
We wanted to spend one night here at the weekend, but the motorway is next door, 100 m away, and unfortunately it is not quiet either. This place was a waste of time.
