Practical shopping-side site, poor upkeep

What is this supposed to be? An unkempt gravel area with parked trailers, one full of garbage bags, a wrecked vehicle, and construction rubble on pitch 1. The sanitary facilities are dirty. I definitely do not recommend it.✦Translating

We drove to the site because it looked quite nice in the photo. And that was it—a nice photo. Otherwise, see the review from June 13, 2026. The sanitary facilities are catastrophic. Rusty wrecks are rotting away and construction rubble is lying around. Hot water is available only in the dirty, moldy shower for €1. The site is suitable only for extremely tough individualists. You are practically in the backyard of a repair workshop, in the middle of an industrial estate. The filling and emptying facilities are easy to reach unless motorcycles on stands happen to be in the way. The sanitary facilities could be cleaner; above all, the shower needs renovation. Lidl, Aldi, and others are only a few minutes away, practically around the corner.✦Translating

We spent two nights at this great site. Even with our new one-meter motorhome, there was no problem feeling comfortable here. We cycled to Birgel in 20 minutes, ate very well at a mill, and enjoyed the home-brewed beer in the beer garden. We liked it very much.✦Translating
