Very friendly. Sauna, pool—everything you need. Recommended.
A true gem very close to Hamburg city center! The welcome is very friendly and attentive. There is plenty of space, so it is probably almost always possible to come spontaneously. But please call first! There is a warm outdoor shower, toilets, sauna, swimming pool, playground and fire pit. The grounds are away from all roads and very quiet.
What a wonderful place. We received a very friendly welcome. The campsite is in a beautiful natural area, perfect for walking and cycling. Very quiet. Unfortunately, it is under the flight path to Hamburg, so a plane passes occasionally, but they are high enough not to be truly disturbing. We planned to stay one night, but stayed three. Very nice outdoor showers, pool and sauna.
We stayed there for the last night of our holiday and were pleasantly surprised! Excellent contact beforehand and a friendly welcome, all handled by a volunteer association member. We were allowed to use the wood-fired sauna, small pool, clubhouse and outdoor showers, which were the highlight. Please follow the rules; it is, after all, a naturist club. The access road is somewhat adventurous and the entrance gate is quite narrow.
