This is a small, generally flat and wide picnic parking area near Col des Champs, surrounded by mountains, cows and possible chamois or marmots. It is set slightly back from the road and is very calm, with no vehicle traffic reported from 18h to 8h. The approach is narrow, and the area can have many flies; the altitude is about 2000 metres.

Parking spot a little farther from the road than those closer to the pass. Also more sheltered from the wind. Very quiet.Translating
Ideally located just a stone's throw from Col des Champs, facing mountains on both sides. It is possible to get away from the road. No traffic at all from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., completely quiet. Rather flat and spacious.Translating
A little slice of paradise (although there are flies), but the view is magnificent. We saw chamois in the scree at sunset, and the cows came to say hello when we woke up. Generally level parking in a California camper. Little traffic on the road at night. Indeed, the road from Colmar is narrow and not necessarily comfortable for a motorhome.Translating
Very nice spot, in the middle of nature. Just lots of flies and no phone signal, but so peaceful and beautiful that it is worth the detour. We were lucky enough to see an ibex and chamois on the mountain in the evening.Translating
A space for a van, slightly higher than the road, with easy access. Very quiet in the evening and at night.Translating
