This is a natural spot at 2400m near the Herpie mine. Access is only by 4x4: take the left track from the Col de Sarenne road, 50m after the altiport. Overnight stays have been possible, with beautiful views and cool temperatures due to the altitude.

We stayed here for one night with no problem. There was already a 4x4 at the site, but a lovely Dutch couple said they did not mind us joining them. We shared a great meal and chatted while watching the sunset. Beautiful views and cool because of the altitude. Would definitely recommend it.
