4 Länsikaari, 18100, Heinola
Been here?
Small marina beside a beach, with a pier, dry toilet, short walking path and access to Hevossaari island. Camping is prohibited, and the toilet has recently been closed. The place is peaceful with pleasant lake views, but it can be busy with beach users during the day; the correct address is Kaarikuja.

Camping prohibited, but an incredibly beautiful place.Translating
Beautiful spot, unfortunately camping is not allowed.Translating
Nice and peaceful place with a pleasant view. We stopped for a short lunch. The address is incorrect; the correct address is Kaarikuja.Translating
The no camping sign is still there (only in Finnish) but noone told us to leave. We arrived quite late and left early though. It's a good place for a quick overnight stay.
Stayed for one night at the end of May. Quiet. Unfortunately, the toilet was closed, with a board placed in front of it.Translating
A local person pointed out the “no camping” sign to us, but another French-speaking person told us that one night was no problem. You just must not obstruct the many swimmers who park to go to the beach, so a maximum of one or two motorhomes.Translating
5/5, peaceful and pleasant place with good trails for walking. Swimming platforms ++. The toilet is about 100 meters from the parking area, toward the pier. However, the address is Kaarikuja, not Länsikaari. The locals are friendly and pleasant. We spent one night.Translating
Beautiful place to spend the night. There are about six spots for vans if parked properly. During the day, there is some coming and going by people who go swimming in the lake, but in the evening it is really quiet. Guaranteed sunsets over the lake.Translating
Nice and quiet but too muddy in October did not stay the night
Busy with People walking by. The toilet was closes atleast today in September 2023
Cool little parking area beside the lake with a boat landing. Within a few minutes’ walk there is a small beach with a raft in the water. There is a rubbish bin, toilet, sports facilities, and walking paths. The place is very quiet in the evening.Translating
