Camping Ibardin

Here is the campsite: when we called, they told us there was no need to reserve and to just come, but the next day we were told it was full.

Very pleasant place: most pitches are large and shaded, especially number 8, which is set apart. Lovely staff, nice restaurant, and an extremely practical laundry. We planned to stay one night but stayed two. In the low season, €25 all-inclusive, compared with €65 in high season!!!!

Very pleasant under the shade of the oak trees, with great pools and slides. Very available and helpful staff. Sanitary facilities are adequate, but only one block was open even though the campsite was full.

Great campsite for children, with lots of games and a heated pool. Pitch number 6 was comfortable. 220V socket like at home; an adapter can be requested if you do not have a European plug. The campsite is very charming, with an on-site restaurant and bar. Very clean sanitary facilities.

Good camping with all the facilities available onsite. We found out that the laundry was a bit overpriced with 6€ for the washing and 4€ for the dryer. In July the bathrooms were shared - why not opening both facilities? The area where to wash the dishes was hidden and with low roof, hit my head twice. They need to protect the low ceiling. Quiet.

Very beautiful site under oak trees. Super delicious food in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we had heavy rain during the night and got stuck. We received wonderfully friendly help getting out again!! All in all, highly recommended! €33 for two people and a dog, including electricity.

We came to empty the gray and black water and refill with fresh water. Very friendly staff, €3 for everything. Many thanks to this campsite—do not hesitate to go there!! Services are very rare around here for motorhomes, so it is great that this campsite lets us use them without paying for a pitch!! Thank you very much!!

Very friendly welcome. €37 for a campervan, 3 adults and 3 children; Wi-Fi and electricity were perfectly fine. Really pretty. The sanitary facilities are showing their age but are okay and clean. Lots of little corners to walk around. Certainly a great choice for families in summer. At the moment, everything is closed.

Considering the price—€63 per night for two adults and one child with a tent trailer—the facilities are dirty, with no toilet paper, soap or hot water. The bar opens at 10. We could not test the other services because we were passing through quickly.

We have a 7.5 m motorhome, which I had clearly specified when booking. Given the price, we expected a decent pitch—not a castle, just enough space to park properly and put out a table and two chairs! To our surprise, our pitch was occupied by two tents. Fortunately, the charming reception staff tried unsuccessfully to find a solution because the pitches were too small. Access is suitable for vans, panel vans or small motorhomes at most; those 7 m and longer should move on. Plan B, Camping Alturan in Hendaye, was perfect and close to the sea as well.
