Paid riverside parking, busy road

I have just come from the Netherlands. I stayed at a campsite on the IJsselmeer and paid €19. I will not come to this place again.

Great location directly on the Moselle. You could book online, and you can eat very well at the Türmchen restaurant. The one night was really worthwhile for a stopover.

Let's start with the positive: The view of the Moselle and the surrounding vineyards is really beautiful and inviting. However, that is all. Offering only a parking space without any services for €16 per night is clearly overpriced in our view. Unfortunately, the value for money is not right at all.

€16 for almost "nothing": no electricity, fresh water, wastewater disposal, toilet, shower or anything similar, just a rubbish bin and no television reception! Every wish remains unfulfilled here! I dreamed about having such a parking space; I was the operator, had to offer my customers nothing and made a great deal of money! Then I woke up. Unfortunately, I had also underestimated the noise from the road directly in front.

A great place to start the Mozilla river tour. It is only a parking space on gravel - no service. But ok for us for a night when we arrived late. A cozy small town with restaurants and wine tasting bar.

Excellent spot for visiting Alken with its historic town center. Close to the Moselle, with views of the river and nearby vineyards.

We used to be happy to come to this parking area to start our Moselle tour, but now €15.94 without any services? No thanks.

Until two years ago the place was free; now it is far too expensive at €19.90 for nothing.

No services but plenty of prohibitions. Impossible. Also directly beside the road. Absolutely not!

We used to come here often. It was only the next morning that we noticed we were suddenly supposed to pay €16. There is nothing here except gravel. That was probably our last night. What a shame.

Outrageous, from €0 to €19.90 for nothing, while a €200 fine is threatened. We had often been there before, but now we immediately drove on.

Outrageous price. Numerous prohibitions. Basically, apart from paying €20, nothing is allowed. Video surveillance. Never again.

The place is completely overpriced: €19.90 per night. Never again.

Extortionate €19.90 for basically a gravel piece of carpark no motorhome facilities at all and a set of rules & regulations to follow too but more annoying was the fact motorhome parking for free is available along the road right beside the river and restaurants certainly won't be back, they have ruined an otherwise great place to park

The place is tidy and clean, but very cramped and offers no services. At €19.60 per night, it is too expensive in our opinion. We drove on.
