Riverside overnight parking, muddy access

Since it rained all day, I drove directly onto the paved area. A great option for staying here, completely out of sight.

Be sure to avoid driving onto the lower road by the river, as it can become extremely muddy after rain. We got stuck. The next day, a man who apparently looks after the grounds and also owns the treehouse area came by. He was very angry about it. There is a camera belonging to him in the treehouse. The place is still very beautiful!

Perfect for an afternoon swim in the river, a beer at the bistro and a peaceful overnight stay by the water, completely alone.

Stayed here last night, we were welcomed by one of the locals who came up to us, said the parking was in the forest area where the trees are which was no problem to stay. It was a nice peaceful stopover.

One night in the car park. There is water and rubbish bins, a barbecue and sports facilities. The bar was not open, but the place is very pleasant.

A very beautiful and peaceful place; we spent one night here. Unfortunately, the showers and toilets were inaccessible. Everyone we met or encountered there was very friendly, and we never felt unsafe.

Quiet night. Very nice place to stay for one night, with both trees and plenty of space.

A peaceful night; cars already started arriving in the morning. Very wet ground and lots of mud. It looks as though the river flooded recently. However, there is space to park, right below the flood embankment by the trees.

Very nice. Secluded. Forrest and water. A couple of cars came in the early night, but parked in the other end from us. Drove quick again. The parking spot is behind the bank of the lake. The place at the lake was closed with no toilet. A small walk to the small town. Would recommend.
