A small tarmac parking area beside sports facilities, a BMX track, children’s playground and wooded walking routes. Recent stays have been possible overnight, while the area is busy with dog walkers and sports visitors during the day. It is generally quiet and suitable for an approximately 6m van, though earlier reports mention disruptive youths after dark.

Lovely secluded spot, not far from National Space Centre. Wooded walking area.
Excellent location for dog walking and seemed ok for a stop over. Lots of dog walkers and some people visiting the sorts facilities, very quiet.
Great spot, near a park with great walks (ducks and blackberries for the children !) play area nearby.
Nice place, but council employee told me in the morning there’s no overnighting allowed (despite no signs banning it).
I stayed here for 1 night during the week of 11/03 - 17/03. It's a small parking area. It felt safe and was quiet during the night. In the day, lots of dog walkers and people going to walks too. There was another van parked here too when I stayed.
The area by the field holds a lot more than two cars. Motorhomes and campervans would have issues parking at right angles to the road of partially obstructing the road. Parking horizontally should not be done. The parking shown holds approx 8 cars. May be space and manoeuvrability issues if more than, 3?, campervans were to park there. Wonderful woodland walks and alongside some lakes.
