Been here?
A secluded countryside spot beside a river, reached by following the dead-end sign and continuing to the end of the 20km/h lane. It offers shade, the sound of flowing water and a popular swimming area, especially in fine weather. Camping cars can access the spot, but locals may come to swim. There are no rubbish bins, so visitors must take their waste with them.

Follow the dead-end sign, because the GPS takes you elsewhere. Otherwise, the place is absolutely peaceful, with shade and the sound of the river. Go all the way to the end of the 20 km/h road to reach the washhouse. The place is truly magical. I live five minutes away, in Romagne, if you would like to stop for coffee and say hello. I am Olivier, 40.
Great place, swimming, very quiet, and the water is very cold. Very few people. Follow the dead-end road to get there.
Wonderful place, but some people have forgotten the basics of camping and leave their waste and rubbish behind. Within minutes of arriving, we collected aluminum cans, beer bottles, caps, plastic packaging, and more. We spoke at length with locals who are disgusted to see the washhouse like this. The place is beautiful and peaceful, so please pick up your rubbish!
We spent one night there. Very quiet, beautiful, and clean. P.S. You have to like the sound of running water. SFR 4G works. Please leave the place clean, as there are no bins. Do not take up all the space, because in good weather locals come to swim in the river.
Very charming place in nature, with no noise apart from the very pleasant sound of water. Only a slight muddy smell from the washhouse. Perhaps less accessible in rainy weather; accessible for motorhomes.
If you go all the way to the end of the road, you will reach the washhouse: a completely isolated place beside the river. On fine days it may be overrun, as it is the area's most popular swimming spot. Otherwise, you will encounter at most people collecting water from the washhouse spring and a few walkers.
Wonderful, relaxing, charming place!
Great spot, very beautiful and very quiet. Be careful: the GPS does not take you directly to the place; use the GPS coordinates to find it.
Wonderful spot beside the river with a spring. WARNING: Access is via the Cueille mill; do not follow the GPS, which will take you elsewhere. Please make sure to leave the place clean.
