Quiet gravel campsite, themed gardens

The site is well designed. For €23 with everything a camper needs, you can't complain. However, reception only being open from 8–10 a.m. and closed on Mondays is not a good solution. You can reserve and pay online, which not everyone likes.

Beautiful site with large pitches and good sanitary facilities. There was no bread-roll service for us. Very attractive gardens. We could only reserve one night, but that was no problem. The site is accessible at any time; with a late arrival, you can easily pay the next morning. Excellent Wi-Fi.

Great site; it's good that you can reserve, and you should, although there are also designated alternatives. The site is beautiful and well maintained, surrounded by lots of countryside. Sanitary facilities and more are available. Without a bicycle, you are somewhat stuck.

Really good site with good facilities, clean and well maintained. Lovely landscaping with large and small trees. Right next to some fantastic gardens with small restaurants. Very exotic.

Basically a beautiful site. Two showers with only curtains and two toilets are too few when it is full. The shower holder is broken and there is no shelf. The roads are noisy, even at night. Wi-Fi is so-so. The themed garden is wonderful. For a short stay, the rear pitches by the pond are recommended. They are not quite as attractive visually, but they are quiet when the fountain is switched off.

Great site, good layout, and the water and waste facilities are easily accessible. Despite the nearby road, it is very quiet in the evening. Good starting point for cycling tours. Unfortunately, the outdoor areas and showers need some maintenance.

We stayed here for three nights and are very satisfied. The grounds are well maintained. The €21 per night is completely justified.

We spontaneously stayed there last weekend, and thanks to the gravel pitches, the rain was no problem. Registration via scan was easy and quick. The sanitary facilities were clean and orderly. Looking at the entire grounds, including the restaurant and gardens, you get an impression that someone is gradually building their life's work.

We cannot understand the bad reviews! Great service, enough space, and quiet. The sanitary facilities are clean and flawless! Very friendly staff! The bread-roll service is nice. If you don't like it, you can eat bread or cycle to the next village bakery. Rila is an experience in itself. Wonderful garden. We will be back!!!

Unfortunately, the site is no longer as well maintained as it was a few years ago. Mold in the showers, broken shower holders, and a questionable lawn. Bake-off bread rolls? No thanks—I can make those myself in my camper. It is really a shame that the site is slowly deteriorating. The booking was perfect, the gardens are still beautiful, and shopping at Rila is still fun.

Very beautiful camping spot with a wonderful garden and an excellent restaurant. Check-in is via a QR code on a sign to the right of the entrance. A monitor at reception shows which pitches are still available.

The pictures are misleading; it is nowhere near as well maintained as shown. Showers and toilets are okay, but nothing more. Fine for a stopover. Rila's theme park is recommended.

If this is supposed to be a great site, I don't know what to say. Too noisy and registration is too complicated.

Very nice and well-organized motorhome site. Book and pay for your spot on the website. For 21 kronor, everything is included, very good value. The washing machine and tumble dryer cost 3 kronor per use. The garden by the restaurant is very beautiful. Book a table in good time if you want to eat there. Good cycling routes in the area.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. The showers are very cramped but extremely clean. Unfortunately, there are also inconsiderate dog owners here who ignore the leash requirement.

We stayed here for three nights. Nicely laid out! Privacy is guaranteed by the layout and there is plenty of space between the pitches. The sanitary facilities are very comfortable and high quality. Beautiful cycling trips.

The perfect place. The gardens are a dream, the restaurant is excellent, and the pitches are very nice. We extended our stay. Great cycling routes.

Here for the third time; a few more pitches have been added. There is now a simple online booking system, which worked well. Otherwise everything is as before. A popular site, and the tapas restaurant in the Rila building is first-class. Be sure to look at the garden there. Dogs are allowed everywhere.

A beautifully landscaped site. Very quiet at night. One star deducted for the sanitary facilities. During our stay they were not very clean, probably because they are only cleaned twice a week during the winter months. The site was fully occupied, though. There are two showers and toilets too few for that. The showers are separated only by curtains. Otherwise, the site is highly recommended and we will certainly return.

Top site, but contrary to the description, not all pitches are 12 meters long and level. Otherwise a dream, with excellent value for money. Still five stars.

We were there for the second time. A beautiful site, Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and online booking was absolutely straightforward. You can also arrive without a booking and park immediately in certain spaces by the entrance, then pay the next morning when someone is always there from 8 to 10 a.m.

No one on site to contact. Online booking does not work, either on the road or from the site. Wi-Fi is only sporadically available, if at all. Mobile data does not work either. After unsuccessful attempts to make contact, we left after one night. The gardens are very beautiful...
