36 Rue Pierre Brossolette, 95470, Fosses
Been here?
A large, free car park beside Fosses station, useful for taking the RER D towards Paris, with the station a 4 minute walk away. The current height limit is 2m, and security watches the parking area during the day. There are bins but no WC, water or electricity, and no camping-car infrastructure. The parking is generally quiet, with Lidl and Leclerc less than 5 minutes away.

Stayed here for three days and three nights to visit Paris. The RER D takes you to Gare du Nord in 35 minutes; from there, you're right in central Paris with connections everywhere. The parking area has a 2 m height limit and is monitored by security during the day. Unfortunately, there is no toilet, but there are rubbish bins. Highly recommended if you're heading to Paris from the north!
Huge parking area; it is easy to find a quiet spot. Peaceful night. Free. But no facilities suitable for motorhomes (water/electricity). A Lidl and a Leclerc are less than five minutes away.
It is what it is. A large car park. We spent one night here as it is the furthest train you can use on a Navigo Pass to Paris. The car park is a 4 minute walk to the station. Trains run about every 20 mins to central Paris. The Navigo Pass is 12 Euro and includes all public transport for the day, train, metro, buses etc. ignore the height barrier for car park. I estimate about 220cm. We have a VW T5.1 with pop top roof and seaming and fit under with a bit spare. The car park is free and during the day is patrolled by security. Felt perfectly safe at night. Perfect spot for a can of you want to visit Paris.
Our van of exactly 2 meters fitted the parking lot's height limit. Free parking on day and night, even some trees to provide some shade. The place is rather exposed, but we spent one night there without any sort of problem. I wouldn't abuse this place, but for a single night it's very suitable. The train station is five minutes walking, but the trains didn't bother us to sleep.
Didn’t spend the night, but did fit my van under the barrier! My van is just over 2 metres, and I have a solar panel on top - but it managed to get under without issue which was great because I didn’t know where else to park for an easy train to Paris. Return ticket is 10 EUR adult or 5 EUR child. Really handy location to avoid driving into the city.
