Quiet picnic/riverside spot on gravel, a short track from a small waterfall, with a swimming hole and hiking access above. No services on site. Highway or occasional quarry/mine noise carries depending on wind, but nights are generally calm. Not an official overnight site, but widely used by motorhomes and vans without issue; a flood-warning sign refers to the gorge/stream, not the parking area itself.

Very peaceful parking area on gravel and dirt beside a small road. Walk to the typical village, passing small troglodyte houses along the way. Very quiet night. The locals greet us kindly. In the morning, a steep path leads to the waterfall in 10 minutes. A fairly loud mine blast. A very good stop on the way back up toward Switzerland.
We stopped there for an extended lunch break. Very beautiful place, and the small waterfall is lovely to look at. You can walk up a small path and get a great view of the waterfall.
This is a beautiful parkup. There are no services, and the ground is flat with the constant sound of the waterfall which is up a small track to the right as you look from the road. it's bit of a drive from the main road and feels like your coming to a dead end...just keep following the single track road.
Beautiful and pleasant place to rest for a while. Shaded and cool even in August.
Superb spot: no mosquitoes in the middle of August, surrounded by nature near the motorway, with a magnificent waterfall reached via the small path. Friendly locals allowed us to park. The police passed without stopping, so there was no problem. We would gladly return.
Great place. If you walk 100 m up the path, you will see a fantastic waterfall. You can swim in the river 10 m downhill.
Beautiful level spot for several campers. The flood sign does not refer to the spot, only to the gorge! The spot itself is not at risk of flooding. However, you should take it absolutely seriously by the stream; the power station is right next to it. When we were there, a surge came down the stream. It would have been life-threatening to be in the streambed!

Excellent for one night. Very close to the motorway and a truly wonderful place, with a waterfall directly behind the camper. Wonderful.

A really beautiful place. We only took a pleasant break, but we would also sleep here. It feels very safe. Maybe next year. Please dispose of your rubbish in the bin. Have a lovely time.
