A level concrete esplanade at the top of a mountain, with views of the Mediterranean, the Pacific and the African continent. The surrounding views and hiking opportunities are excellent, with a very steep final section and strong wind possible. The road is rough and steep, and the route is closed from the Gibraltar side but reachable from the other side.

The road is closed from the Gibraltar side; it is accessible from the other side. Some people passed by jogging, but we had no problems. The final section is very steep, but completely worth it because the view is amazing!
At the moment you cannot enter; it is closed, with a locked gate and a sign saying it is a military zone. The views along the way are impressive!
Hi everyone! Exciting place to visit (great view, hiking, abandoned military and utilities objects and houses)…very Few hikers. Cows walking around. Road is not comfortable (hardcore small gravel stones and partially concrete) , but manageable. VERY steep last 50 meters to the peak and aggressive bushes , so we did not go there. Stayed lower, on the crossroads to abandoned objects.
View of the Pacific!!! It has a good view :-)
