Been here?
Daytime parking for Walton Colliery Nature Park, with no height restriction and a couple of bins. It is busy from early until late, with some road noise and a main rail line nearby. The park has pleasant walking routes, including a wheelchair- and scooter-suitable path beside the railway. Overnight parking is prohibited and a no overnight parking sign is displayed.

There is now a 'No overnight parking' sign.
Car park sits just out of sight of the main road alongside a main rail line, excellent walking routes, the path by the rail line is suitable for wheelchairs/scooters too. Plenty of people come and go from early until late. Good peaceful spot, facilities limited to a couple of bins.
Lovely place to stay. Nice walks.
I didn't stop here long, but I wanted to add a comment to an unrated place. It's a popular pooch place in the morning, and is very busy despite lots of available parking. The bays are better suited to small vehicles but you may be able to park on the fringes. The walks look long, and pleasant but I haven't yet tried one. Sorry, but can't comment on overnight conditions.
