This is a large, free parking area behind a petrol station where overnight stays are allowed. It was described as somewhat run-down but quiet, and conveniently close to a car wash. Electricity columns are present, but their operation was not tested. Phone reception is very weak and sometimes disappears; the surrounding panorama was considered excellent.

There are also electrical hookups, but I did not check whether they worked. Excellent stop before Siena—the surrounding scenery and the road there are breathtaking through the hills!
