Quiet riverside picnic stop

Simply superb and peaceful.

We slept here for one very peaceful night with birds and chickens. It is indeed opposite a house, so be careful not to disturb anyone.

It is impossible to spend the night; local residents patrol the area, and I strongly suspect they put up the barriers and no-parking signs.

Magnificent, quiet, and peaceful on the banks of the Cher. The tables are 30 meters from the parking area.

Clean, spacious, and quiet. We came only to stop for a picnic and a short nap. Accessible to all vehicles.

Superb, peaceful rest area, although there is no sign indicating whether it is officially permitted. Just be careful of the trees damaged by mistletoe. Some are dead, so there is a risk of falling branches.

Beautiful picnic area for a stop. We did not sleep here, but it seems like a lovely, peaceful place.

Great place along the quiet river under the trees. Access to the small beach and town on foot.

Very well-maintained grassy area with picnic tables and rubbish bins. Very clean. Four to five spaces overlooking the water. Nearby houses. A few cyclists and pedestrians passed during the evening and breakfast time.
