Shady riverside, late noise

Quite noisy parking area, full of mosquitoes and wasps. The town is easy to reach, but in the evening the path is really not well frequented. A man prowled around the vans parked there for several dozen minutes.

nice place just next to the river and not far from the city. Train is a bit noisy and bars play music until midnight. Public toilet was not open at 9pm on sunday, but the toilet at the bar was. We didn’t sleep well because of the massive attac of mosquitos.

Right next to the Danube river, a lot of shade, there are a few bars and public toilets, it gets crowded in the evening so it’s better to get there early. Lovely place

Fantastic place. Enjoyed 3 lovely, quiet nights here. Police came through at one point but they didn’t have a problem. Was a 30 minute Lime scooter into the center of town, which can be picked up at the nearby metro station. Be aware the toilets at the bar are only open from 12pm on weekdays. Exceptionally popular spot on weekends, but for good reason.

Good and free place in Budapest to sleep and stay with dogs, a little far from the center—you need a motorcycle or scooter to get there. The train is nearby. It gives a bad impression at first because the industrial buildings are run-down, but they are studios for painters and sculptors. The bar next door is quiet at night. There are rubbish bins and a toilet area by the Danube.

We had a relatively relaxed night. The train was a little noisy and, since it was Saturday, there was also party noise from our side and club music from the other side of the Danube. But for free parking close to nature and for visiting the city, it was good.

Spent a night in May on the first day of a long weekend. There were many people drinking and eating at the bars or just hanging on the beach, but is became silent for the night. The rooster was a little loud, and we sometimes heard the occasional train passing, but good sleeping spot for a night. The public toilets were open.

We spent two lovely nights here and were not disturbed. In March, during rainy weather, the parking area is quite muddy—not enough to get stuck, but our belongings quickly became dirty. The noise from the train is okay, no louder than the parking heater.

We arrived at night in winter. Probably not the best circumstances. The place was deserted except for an old abandoned caravan full of rubbish and, a little farther away, a squat surrounded by fencing—or at least that was the impression. We did not feel safe there and left. It is probably great in summer because it is very close to the Danube and the riverside bars.

Great spot when visiting Budapest, we spent 3 nights without any problem. The toilets weren’t open but you can find clean toilets by the metro station just 10 min walk, 250ft. the train might disturb your sleep but for us it worked, the first night was the worse but we got used to it so slept really well the other nights. Great parking for free!

super nice place. shady parking. very easy to get to the city center. loud trains, but we could easily fall and stay asleep.

Great place, stayed here 3-4 night end of August bit lively over the weekends in summer but not rowdy, mature crowd enjoys the river . Easy access to the metro from across the bridge, felt pretty safe

Parking during the day and cycling into the city center from here is okay. Quiet until evening. Heavy traffic in the evening. Toilets cost 200 HUF. At night it is probably noisy from trains, planes and traffic in the parking area.

Shady parking area, short walk to the U3—directly into the city—and lovely little bars along the Danube. There is also a small petting zoo. Not recommended for overnight stays. The train thunders incredibly loudly and the chickens at the zoo crow at each other.

Worst place ever! I have never experienced so many mosquitoes in my life! In addition, the parking area is very full and very lively until late in the evening!

Good for one night! Close to the metro, but noisy because of the train and infested with mosquitoes.

great place for one night!! there are a lot of nice bars just by the Danube, also toilets from the bars. the only low point is the noise from the train.
