Car park, steep and noisy

This is a large car park between Torrelodones and Hoyo de Manzanares, with beautiful views and access to hiking and mountain-bike trails. A picnic-area water tap is reachable only on foot, and a few rubbish bins are available. It is noisy during the day because of the nearby road, while most spaces are steep; about 4-5 are level. Towns with restaurants, bars and supermarkets are 1.5-3.5 km away, but walking there is difficult.
