This very large, flat parking area outside the campsite is suitable for a stop or overnight stay when the campsite is closed. It has no shade and a selective waste-sorting bin. The nearby river and greenway offer walks, although nighttime car racing has also been reported.

Unfortunately we experienced a group of young lads racing their cars furiously across the adjacent gravel, in the middle of the night. It was very frightening as we were there alone.
Perfect for a break or one night. Very quiet, close to the greenway for a lovely walk along the Isle River.Translating
