Been here?
Campsite No1 is a basic, small campsite with direct beach access and a five-minute walk to Zlatni Rat. A van and two people without electricity cost 30 € per night. Toilets, showers and waste services are available, but the facilities are old, limited and sometimes lack hot water. A nearby nightclub is extremely loud at night, although earplugs are offered.

The best location on Brač. An easy five-minute walk to Zlatni Rat beach and 20 minutes into Bol via a pedestrian walkway. Bars and a nightclub are nearby, so it gets loud at night, but they provide earplugs if you do not like that sort of thing—we went to the club instead! There is also a nudist beach next door if that appeals to you.
Not a luxury site, but it has everything you need: water filling and emptying, a toilet, hot shower and washing-up facilities. Only five minutes from Zlatni Rat. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and had quiet nights. €30 per night for one van and two people without electricity.
Two nights in a camper van on September 20 and 21, 2025; cash payment only. No music, the camp is quiet but sloping. The facilities are basic and old-fashioned. The camp is divided into two areas by a road: the upper part has the toilets and shower, while the lower part has only an open shower. Electricity is available at the pitch. Five minutes' walk from Bol beach and a nudist beach.
We arrived in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Mario. The location was ideal for us: close to the sea, quiet, and no disturbance from club music. It was late September or early October, though. We recommend this autocamp to many others.
Place worked well for us. We are from Canada travelling. Mario was welcoming and helpful. I would come back no problem at all.
We are travelling with a motorhome and tent. Simple pitch; the toilet and shower are small but clean. Direct beach access in a very beautiful setting. An open-air nightclub nearby on Saturday, Sunday and Monday does what it is supposed to do—make noise. Mario offers earplugs, and there are warnings about the noise.
Beautiful front-row pitches by the sea, dated but reasonably clean bathrooms, and an excellent location just steps from lovely little coves. Too bad about the nightclub a few meters away, which greatly disturbs sleep.
Only four stars because the owner is not very welcoming. Very small but shaded pitches. Overcrowded campsite. Zlatni Rat beach is a two-minute walk away. A tourist train takes you to the center of Bol. Surrounded by nature, and indeed the nightclub noise is disturbing, although the owner does warn guests.
Camping is very basic. Small pitches, but good shade. Toilets and showers are clean but old and few. Hot water is not always available. It was right in front of the beach, which we loved (naturist beach, but many use swimsuits too). But the disco is extremely loud. I used ear plugs and still heard every song, and bass vibrations through the van. Couldn't really sleep, so had to leave.
We were here in 2019, when it was quiet. Unfortunately, now in June, there is extremely loud disco music from the nearby club every Monday until 3 a.m. From July onward, it is daily from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The owner warns guests, but it is very disruptive. The site is clean but showing its age. The location and nature are excellent. Less suitable for people seeking peace and quiet.
Good location. Somewhat narrow pitches. During our stay the club was closed, so there was no disturbing music. Nice operator. Very basic sanitary facilities, making it somewhat too expensive.
Good campsite with beach access and a view of Zlatni Rat. Basic, but relatively inexpensive for its proximity to town. The sanitary facilities are not high-class, but they are clean. Overall, recommended.
Great pitch, a little uneven, but with an excellent swimming spot right at the site and very close to Bol's bathing island. Great beach promenade and path to Bol. There is also a sightseeing train for €4. And for anglers: I caught a great gilthead bream from the shore here. The facilities and sanitary amenities are very basic, and the site currently costs €39 per night. Check-out is at noon.
Spent 4 nights there in the end of April, it is a small camping place, and it was already almost full, but still everybody who came even in the evening could find a place. Mario wasn't there in the evening but gave the instructions by phone, no problem at all. Everything as described, basic, but clean, priceless position above the sea shore, very quiet off season. Highly recommended!
Quiet, very rustic but clean campsite. The sanitary facilities were clean and the landlord very friendly. The campsite is directly by the sea, although the pitches are somewhat narrow. Overall, we were satisfied.
We stayed here for two nights. After a phone call, Mario unlocked the washrooms for us, and we could park wherever we wanted—we were alone on the site! We paid €25 per night for a 5.40-meter van, two adults and two children without electricity. Wi-Fi was not working yet. We had a view of the Golden Horn from the bus, and there were good fishing spots on the rocks directly in front of the site. In summer it is certainly very cramped because the pitches are narrow.
A really beautiful and peaceful campsite. We did not hear anything from a club, only the soothing sound of the sea. The beach is directly in front of the site—an FKK beach, although the Golden Horn is 300 meters farther away. For €35 per night you get clean showers and toilets. The ground is slightly uneven, so ramps would be useful.
Five stars for the location, close to the famous Zlatni Rat beach as well as other even more beautiful coves, but zero stars for everything else. It looks more like a refugee camp than a campsite, with very unattractive but clean bathrooms and small, often very sloping pitches, although they are shaded. The operators are not very courteous.
All in all, the sea view—if you choose a sea-view pitch, of course—makes up for the shortcomings of the campsite. Convenient for the village and the beaches. The facilities are a bit hit-and-miss. The disco is a little noisy, but with earplugs you can manage to sleep.
Nice location with great access to beach and shade ! unfortunately a disco next door with loud music from 00-05. We left a day earlier than planned.
We left after the first night - the disco next door plays until 5 AM in such a way that everything in the Camp is vibrating. Camp personel even offer free of charge earplugs - which doesn’t really help. A special transport between the nearby city of Bol and the disco / beach area runs through the camp app. every 15 minutes - only adds to the commotion. We would never stay here during high season.
pretty small camp, bathroom+toilets really tiny, had no electricity on this one day i stayed, i decided to move on. I wouldn’t recommend this camp
Run away! The girl at reception is very unpleasant! She talks to you as if you were a dog! The facilities are badly located and disgusting! The electricity doesn't work and costs extra. The Wi-Fi works like it did in 1970.
I gave one star because I had no choice, but otherwise I would have given zero stars. Terrible welcome, prices too high, disgusting shower—nothing is right at this campsite. Run away, very expensive.
Nice little campsite with everything you need. The facilities are basic but always clean. The beaches, including Golden Horn, and the town of Bol can be reached via the panoramic path in 15–20 minutes. The only issue is that if you're unlucky, there is a party at the club next door, very loud until 4 a.m. The owner does warn you and hands out earplugs! We stayed for three days; with a dog and electricity, the two of us paid €30 per day.
Simple parking area. Shaded, beautiful location. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the manager.
We stayed here for two nights; our five dogs were no problem. The sanitary facilities were basic but acceptable. The hot water always took a while and sometimes did not get hot at all. There was only cold water for washing dishes. The great location and the price make up for it. Ideal for us with the dogs. Lots of trees and therefore plenty of shade, with lovely coves right by the campsite.
I give it 5 stars for the view directly over the sea. Highly recommended! Close to Croatia’s “famous beach” and a 5-minute bike ride from the center of Bol. Plenty of restaurants nearby. You can choose your own pitch, and the facilities are clean and adequate. The owner, Mario, is friendly and helpful and even brought us a bottle of homemade wine. We had a perfect nine-night stay here in May.
Campsite near the sea, close to town. Very quiet at this time of year, choice of pitch, water and electricity, plenty of shade. Clean showers and facilities. The owner is a bit grumpy but actually very friendly and accommodating.
Closed; not open all year.
We were there from October 3rd to 4th. The welcome was friendly and we could choose any pitch. The showers and toilets were not clean, with the shower definitely worse than the toilet. The price was not as advertised: we paid €30 for one night for a camper pitch without electricity. The woman refused to discuss the price; €30 was non-negotiable. There is definitely a much nicer place not far away.
