A daytime parking spot beside the sacred river, with vineyard views, a bathing ramp and access for vans. It can be busy, with many cars, boats and other activity, so privacy is limited. Police have been called frequently, and overnight stays have been challenged as not permitted. Access has also been reported as steep, difficult to manoeuvre and blocked by a barrier.

Be careful with this place, they call the police very frequently, a lot of activity with boats coming in and out, not too comfortable if you want privacy. A lot of cars.
The place is spectacular for sleeping, right next to a small ramp where you can bathe in the river, and the water temperature is great at this time of year. The downside is that a neighbor called the Guardia Civil, and at 11 in the morning they showed up saying that overnight stays were not allowed there (there was no sign saying so). They proposed an administrative fine.
Warning! Spot inaccessible! Barrier installed! Very steep road and impossible to turn around!
Four or five vans can fit. The place is amazing, with an area for swimming and relaxing. Be careful: the road ends directly at the river.
What a gem.... Quiet, lovely, swimming at your doorstep. Just wonderful. Note that it can be acessed from two sides... If you enter through Rabacallos its less gravel and less steep. You'll the also pass a small albergue where you can get some drinks and food. (easily walkable from the camping spot)...
What a lovely surprise when we arrived at this spot! Indeed, a magnificent place with superb views, very quiet. Highly recommended, and we did not see any Guardia Civil!
Super peaceful place. The river is cold, but a quick morning dip feels great. We are keeping it as a favorite. It has a ramp for launching a kayak or boat into the river; next time we will bring ours.
There are two ways to get there, which is why the reviews differ. Facing the river, the road descending on the right is excellent asphalt, but near the end it has a very tight bend unsuitable for motorhomes. The road descending on the left is unpaved with quite a few potholes, manageable if you drive slowly, but without any particularly difficult bends. A magical place.
Dirt road with a very difficult bend to access and maneuver. Parking area on a slope, and the Guardia Civil fined us for having our chairs and table outside. Apparently it is an access area for boats, and they do not want people staying there because the passage is narrow.
