Fjord parking, noisy nights

Beautiful view and, when the sun is shining, a wonderful sunset. But 200 NOK is too much for such a sloping place. So we drove on.✦Translating

It is not free but costs 200 NOK per night. It is so uneven that it is impossible to stand upright in the camper. No services, near an industrial plant and right beside the E6 motorway, so extremely noisy. We stayed only for lunch and a short walk before leaving. The only positive point is that there are rubbish bins; everything else is best forgotten!✦Translating

Pulled in here but moved on, a few caravans parked up, one permanent looking one, slightly sloping, sea views, road behind. 2 motorhomes parked up early evening. Not much choice in region so an option if stuck!

This is a spacious parking lot with a nice view of the sea and it is probably a nice place where stay during the day, but we didn't find it very suitable for staying longer because it is located under a busy road so it wasn't very quiet. Otherwise perfectly fine.

Beautiful large gravel lot directly by the water. Rubbish bins are available, as well as a barbecue area with fixed wooden benches and a wind shelter. The E6 runs alongside it, but the noise is acceptable and decreases in the evening.✦Translating

The site is very steep and directly on the E6. Perfect for passing through, though. Swimming and the sunset are an 8/10. Arrive early, because it became very crowded after 6 p.m.

Sloping gravel area, clean, close to the beach, with waste containers. There is an accessible toilet about 200 meters away at the marina. Noise from the nearby road is not too bad at night.

Unfortunately far too steep for a long wheelbase; even the leveling ramps were not enough. But it is probably great during the day.

Road is noisy and if nice weather a lot of people in cars by the water and kids playing ball until late.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. The site is large; we stood there without leveling blocks and slept very well. We did not notice the sounds of passing cars at all. There is a great front-row view of the fjord and enough seating to sit outside.

Nice place to relax for a while. I stayed here for two nights and it was great. The motorway is present, including at night. Also nice for swimming or fishing.
