Forest parking area at a beautiful observation tower, formerly described as very quiet with birdsong and wind in the pine trees. It has a level, clean, lightly gravelled surface and 2 large picnic tables, but no toilets. The parking area and seating are now fenced, while the tower is scaffolded and access is blocked by a construction fence. Access from the south is not possible.
