Great site; the comfort pitches for motorhomes are directly by the canal. Absolute peace in the low season. You can tell the site is still changing; many permanent-camper areas are vacant. As a result, there is currently no restaurant service. The bathhouses are very clean and well maintained, and the reception staff are friendly and courteous. We will gladly come back!✦Translating

Very beautiful campsite. Forest, water and peace—what more could you want? For the past two days, access to the site has been blocked by construction, which will last two to four weeks. We called and were told how to drive around the construction. The route around the lake was worth it. Call ahead and do not simply drive on; it is worth it!✦Translating

Pros: late check-in and entry by phone. Quiet place by the water, large pitches, clean sanitary facilities. Token-operated shower (€1.50 for four minutes). Cons: the men's shower has no sheltered area for clothes; there is a hanger directly under the shower. Overall, the old trees around the site are neglected, untrimmed and unmown. Some old cabins are deteriorating and spoil the view. Fine for one or several nights.✦Translating

Very nicely located site. We arrived at short notice and got a very nice comfort pitch by the canal. Price for two people: €30.50, electricity €5 daily flat rate. Showers are extra, depending on usage. The site has had a new owner for four weeks. Very friendly staff. The swimming area at the lake should be made more suitable for swimmers, with a non-swimmer section. The plants in the water should be cut back.✦Translating

We politely asked whether we could dispose of our cassette and were brusquely turned away. We offered €5, but they refused. Was it too little? We found a place where we were heard, thank you. However, I fear that if campers are forbidden from using disposal facilities, some people will dump the waste in nature. Making disposal compulsory would therefore be environmental protection.✦Translating

We stayed here for a long weekend overlooking the canal and felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities were clean and well maintained. You can take wonderful bike rides from here. We paid just over €35 per night for two people, including electricity. We found only three minutes of showering for about €2.50 extra rather steep, so we used our own motorhome shower instead.✦Translating
