Strada Statale 267, 84048, San Marco
Been here?
A quiet, green and shaded camper area near the beach, village centre, and local restaurants, with friendly management and an excellent on-site restaurant. The free beach is about 5 minutes away on foot, and the marina is 10 minutes away. Recent stays report narrow access and tight manoeuvres for large campers, while showers are small, paid, and somewhat run-down. One recent stay cost 40€ for 1 night.

Quiet, well-maintained campsite with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant on site is really excellent. Arrival requires some care because of a few bends and tight maneuvers, especially with large motorhomes. The free beach is a few minutes' walk away; during our stay the first beach was full of seaweed, but the second had much better water.Translating
Perfect motorhome area, very shady, with an excellent restaurant. What more can I say—a truly pleasant holiday.Translating
Nice, quiet, very green place close to the beach. Only the showers are a little run-down, but hopefully they will gradually be repaired, and recycling could be improved a little.Translating
The green corner truly lives up to its name, with a splendid view of the castle. It is a very well-kept, peaceful place with exceptionally nice owners. You feel safe. Renovation work has begun. We spent two inexpensive and wonderful days there. The surroundings are enchanting. Thank you—we felt very comfortable and will return.Translating
Level, shaded, and close to the center—these are the positive points. Very narrow access, short lukewarm showers in poor condition—these are the negative points.Translating
Absolutely wonderful beach only five minutes away on foot. The pitch was fine. The showers are very small and paid, but acceptable for one night. We paid €40 for one night. There is a mini-market on the way to the beach with a very friendly lady. Because of the great beach, we would return.Translating
Pleasant, shaded motorhome area with everything needed: nice, clean bathrooms, hot paid showers, a washing machine, and even a refrigerator available for use. Welcoming, kind, and capable staff. Convenient access to the sea (five minutes on foot) and a beautiful beach. The only drawback was the €25 shuttle (round trip for three people) to Castellabate, which seemed a little excessive. I would return!Translating
Congratulations, we really enjoyed ourselves. A lovely, cool place near the sea and in the village.Translating
We stayed for two days with two small dogs. The motorhome area is strategically located! Kind operators, with a shuttle option to Castellabate; the sea is nearby and the marina is a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely return.Translating
Attention: the price list is a gray area and quite a story! For example, if you stay only one day, you have to pay some kind of surcharge (with no clear basis), making it €45 per day. If you stay several days, the price can drop to €35 per day. On top of these prices, add €5 per day for an electricity hookup.Translating
Nice motorhome area right in the center, close to the sea and two minutes from the town center. We stayed for three days from July 8 to 11. The only thing to improve is the dated, small bathrooms and showers, although they were clean.Translating
Pros: 1) close to the sea (five minutes on foot); 2) clean bathrooms; 3) refrigerator available. Cons: 1) noise all night, with vehicles coming and going at all hours; 2) showers not always working (coin-operated, €1); 3) our pitch was in full sun without shade.Translating
3/5 Arrival: you drive through the village on narrow streets (accessible with a 7-meter motorhome). 4/5 Pitches: level parking, no privacy systems, quiet and shaded; basic but adequate facilities (€1 for hot water), two refrigerators available, electricity. 4/5 Proximity to the sea; small grocery shop nearby, and all other services in the village, slightly uphill. We would return. Cost: €25/day.Translating
We stayed for two nights on May 5 and 6, 2025. Quiet and peaceful, with many plants and flowers, well maintained, all services, €22 (the price varies depending on the season), and extremely kind owners. You can walk to the marina along a beautiful panoramic path overlooking the sea. From the marina, I also recommend taking the path toward Punta Licosa—a beautiful and easy 10-kilometer walk around the headland.Translating
A beautiful and cozy place. Very, very nice operators. Gladly again. The surroundings are simply wonderful.Translating
Great location between San Marco and Santa Maria di Castellabate. The long sandy beach is just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The sanitary facilities are rather modest, but the site is very inexpensive. We felt comfortable. Friendly operators.Translating
We were here during heavy rain. We feel very safe.Translating
The approach is very narrow; the navigation system leads you the wrong way through one-way and closed roads. Only suitable for experienced drivers.Translating
Shaded parking area, carefully managed. A stone's throw from the sea. Essential but clean facilities. Extremely kind operators. I would gladly return.Translating
