Silver Street, BA6 8BS, Glastonbury
Been here?
This paid parking lot is next to Glastonbury Abbey and close to the town centre, but it is often full during the day. Only 3 spaces at the far end are large enough for bigger vehicles, and recent reports say it is unsuitable for large vans and motorhomes. Clear signs prohibit overnight stays.

we used to stay here regularly but now there are clear " no overnight" on the sign. great shame, but I have witnessed people misusing the site. another one lost
It clearly states that sleeping there overnight is prohibited.Translating
Definitely not for large Vans or Motorhomes. Shame as it was fairly empty and would of been ideal due to location right near town centre.
Great location for the town centre, with plenty of spaces when we arrived at 10 p.m. for a small van.Translating
No spaces in the car park large enough for our vehicle (7m) and there were signs up saying fines would be issued for parking outside of a bay
Great spot, nice and quiet, ideal for small vans. Cannot recommend it enough; the town is very close by.Translating
No space in the car park for anything our size, a Chausson 630 measuring 6.99 m, and there are cameras, so there are no spaces for medium-sized vans, only smaller ones.Translating
Really lovely park up, stayed this weekend. The spaces are quite small, but we got in a standard parking space, so was fine for us. Easy to pay for parking via the website, we pains £20 from Friday to Sunday. There are no toilets, but St John's carpark toilets are not far to walk to. Right in the centre of Glastonbury, but nice and quiet on the evening. I felt safe and secure.
A good place to park if you want to be in the town of Glastonbury and Tor.Probably be busy during the summer. You pay for parking. 24hrs is £10 & you need change as you can only pay by cash.
love it.in the middle of glasto great for going up the Tor
