Les Touzets, 11320, Montferrand
Been here?
A three-star campsite with a swimming pool, barbecue, children’s play area, pétanque court, bar and token laundry. It offers breakfast service, drainage and a chemical-toilet dump, but no ground-level grey-water drain; there is no grocery store. Recent reports mention little shade, reception open only from 15h15 to 19h, and sanitary cleanliness that is somewhat uneven. The pool is normally open in July and August but was temporarily out of use during recent works.

Simple campsite with great potential, but poorly maintained. It could be kept much better, but I don’t think the friendly managers are capable of it. On Saturday morning the pool was out of use because they were doing work; they could have waited, since they were only changing the exterior tiles. There were perhaps only three families in the entire campsite, very strange.
It is a three-star campsite. Not much shade. Reception is open only from 3:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sanitary cleanliness is somewhat inadequate. And to top it all off, you are lucky: normally the pool is only open in July and August.
Closed... It would be wise to provide the opening and closing dates to avoid wasting time and fuel.
Good park, but the toilets could be cleaner.
A beautiful, quiet, remote campsite. We were allowed to choose our own pitch. We chose one with a beautiful view. There was also a swimming pool and various activities. The sanitary building was next to reception, which meant a bit of a walk from the pitches. The sanitary building is somewhat outdated.
Chifoumi. We stayed for two nights in a motorhome. Small, grassy campsite separated by hedges, very quiet, with a very warm welcome. The sanitary facilities are a little old-fashioned, but we were satisfied.
We may have been unlucky with the weather, which meant our view was not ideal. The pitches on the edge of the mountain are fine and reasonably level. The showers were not very warm but manageable, and the toilets were also fine, although without seats or toilet paper. We have stayed at nicer and better overnight spots, hence the rating. Plus point: a shop with basic necessities and a friendly welcome!
Perfect campsite. Warm welcome. The dividing hedges are a very pleasant asset. Exceptional view. Very clean. Highly recommended.
