6-8 Havnegade, 7130, Juelsminde
Been here?
A harbor motorhome area with a fine waterfront setting, currently affected by construction. Only 4 places with electricity are available, and the price is 215 DK. Restaurants, shops, a beach, and walks around the bay are nearby, while the sanitary facilities can be cold and the bins may be full.

There is still construction work, so we were allowed to stay in the parking area, where there are four spaces with electricity. Since we are self-sufficient, we chose another spot. You have to pay the same price, 215 DKK. We thought it was fantastic. Arrange it at the harbor office, where the payment machine is also located. Showers and toilets are available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Beautiful view.
Really nice view. Currently there is only room for 5–6 motorhomes. Electricity is expensive. The bathrooms and toilets were ice-cold, and the rubbish bins completely full and apparently had been for some time.
Construction is currently underway and there is room for only five motorhomes. We paid 120 kroner plus another 8 kroner for electricity. The toilet and shower were clean but cold. Disposal is beside the toilet; opposite, next to the boutique, I was able to fill up with water. The sourdough bakery has wonderful breakfast pastries. We did not try the fresh fish. All in all, a very nice camper spot.
Everything as already described, although construction work is currently underway at the camper area, so only six spaces are usable.
Nice place. Restaurants in town are still open, and there is a sourdough bakery with delicious bread at the harbor. However, the toilet and shower area was very cold.
Nice camper spot directly at the harbor. Several picnic areas are available. Many places to eat right there, including takeout. The sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated. Small town with shopping options. Beach nearby. You can take a pleasant walk around the bay.
We spent only one night here (Friday/Saturday). The pitches are okay—tight, gravel-covered and located in a dead end. Little shade and too narrow for an awning. Unsuitable for dog owners, with little or no grass. We did not use the sanitary facilities. Large harbor with several restaurants and shops. Quiet at night. We would not return with a dog.
Pleasant camper area in a beautiful harbor with shops and dining options. Good, clean sanitary facilities. The registration terminal is at the back of the harbor; follow the signs.
May 10, 2025: the motorhome parking area at the harbor was full, with vehicles not respecting the spaces, and chairs and tables outside. The spaces are narrow and it is very touristy. We found a spot just behind the row of motorhomes, with no electricity available, and it was expensive. We did not get a card for the sanitary facilities. Disposal was okay but not very accessible.
Really nice stellplatz situated directly at the harbor. Very clean sanitary facilities. Night without any noise. There are plenty of restaurants.
Really beautiful location in a very nice harbor with lots to offer. But the toilet facilities are really unpleasant. They had not been cleaned during the period we visited the harbor.
At the edge of a harbor basin with a view of the boats. In the early evening there were still many loud cars accelerating heavily on the opposite side. The night was then very quiet and pleasant. The price is higher now: 210 DKK (April 2025). We would come here again.
Lovely place at a cozy harbor with plenty of activity. Good dining options. Easy self-service. Clean, decent toilets and showers. You park a little close together, which is the only reason I give it four stars instead of five.
Lovely place with a view of the marina. Easy to find.
120 kroner to park without access to showers and toilets is far too expensive. Several cars were parked without paying! There is no signage for motorhomes. It is still treated as a passenger-car parking area. Other places have parking meters with hourly payment.
It took a long time to find the payment terminal. It is not at the camper parking area, but in another part of the harbor farther along toward the sea. There is also a freely accessible toilet and a shower there (using the harbor card you receive after payment). Very quiet in winter, with plenty of space. In rain there are many puddles, and in freezing weather it becomes very slippery.
Only two stars from us. It could be tight for vehicles over 7.40 m. You even have to pay extra to use the toilets. Very noisy in the morning before 6:30. Pitches are parceled out. The location is quite nice and clean.
You have to say they are really milking the motorhome concept here. Motorhomes are parked side by side. The harbor itself is lovely and the toilet facilities are okay. Gray and black water are emptied at the end of a narrow road by the pier; there is not much room if several motorhomes queue. We will not come here again—we drove the next day to Rosenvold, which gets maximum stars from us.
Four stars because of the missing signs. Lovely place right by the quay, a little expensive for what you get—a parking space. Unfortunately, someone had to drive away because the address points to “Havnepladsen,” but if you drive toward the town center on Havnegade, you reach another area where slightly longer motorhomes can park, also belonging to the same marina. Several restaurants at the marina and shopping about 200 m away.
Camper spot directly at the harbor, with several great restaurants and ice-cream parlors. A bakery is on site, and a superb fishmonger is right next door. Payment at the machine in the harbor office; disposal and fresh water are immediately to the right of the harbor office.
Very well-located parking area for enjoying the restaurant and activities. Vehicles are lined up with little space between them; toilets and showers are far away.
Although the spot is in the harbor area, the rear end borders a restaurant. It is noisy there at night, and the service road can be heard from 5 a.m. There is no real service point, only hidden places for disposal, and only by hand—the motorhome cannot get close. Water points are scattered everywhere. At 205 kroner plus electricity and other charges, it is definitely too expensive.
