Quiet thermal site, patient check-in

We stayed on the site for two nights and were satisfied. The fees are not too high; the operator cannot be blamed for the tourist tax. We had no problems with the card. Even returning the card, including credit settlement, is well handled. The only drawback is that the online booking gave no indication that the booked space would only be available from 1 p.m.✦Translating

A site with extensive facilities, making it very expensive. I find it outrageous that both water and electricity are apparently charged for washing dishes, including the hot water, especially next to a thermal spa. It is also extremely annoying to have to wait one to three minutes in front of the barrier before it opens. On the plus side, registering and checking out at the terminal is easy.✦Translating

Everything was quiet during the day and night at the weekend. Nevertheless, we will not return. Lovely site with firm but sloping ground. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Water and waste services are all in one place, with several fresh-water taps. Check-in was easy, although the barrier requires a little patience. Warning for navigation: enter Steinbacher Strasse 18. Using Badstrasse 31 as described will take you nowhere!✦Translating

We have now stayed here for the fourth time. The negative comments, for example about registration details and costs, are incomprehensible. Registration is completely straightforward, and yes, as at every site, you have to leave your personal details. Basically a nice site, about 250 meters on foot from the thermal spa. The effort required to reserve a space is enormous. Personal details such as date of birth and place of residence—why? Even then, we stood in front of the barrier and could not enter because the unfriendly staff had not activated it. The small bistro in the entrance area is excellent, with reasonable value for money and wonderful service.✦Translating

In addition to the site fee of €19.30, including €3.40 tourist tax, everything else must be paid for: shower, water, electricity at the pitch, hairdryer and washing dishes. You have to get out to operate the reader, including when leaving. Quite inconvenient when traveling alone. The pitch must be vacated by noon. Reasonable, fairly busy motorhome site. The tumble dryer barely works. We had already reported it by phone, but nothing was done. Our bedding was still half wet after putting it in the dryer for €21! They did not even put up a note. Very disappointing.✦Translating

We visited this site in August 2024. It is beautifully laid out, and the sanitary facilities were exceptionally clean at all times. We could also use the adjoining outdoor pool free of charge with the spa card and parking ticket. The excellent weather during our stay made this very enjoyable. Very sloped—you could drain more than enough rainwater here! High leveling blocks are essential. Not great for light sleepers, because cars arriving at the adjacent car park make noise early in the morning. The thermal spa is nice, but the friendliness leaves something to be desired in places. Cars occupy booked spaces (P2), there is no Wi-Fi or satellite reception, and the toilets and showers are far away—all for the same price. Definitely never P2 again. The online booking portal also seems to have a bug, as our booked space is still shown as available.✦Translating

All services must be paid for with the guest card. Spaces are sufficiently large, although not all are completely level; leveling blocks solve the problem. It was our first time here, and everything worked. Because of the high demand, we had to use the alternative P2 area. We did not need electricity; the machine worked without problems, and the sanitary facilities and other amenities were clean. A place can be as beautiful as possible, but it is useless if management does not work. This is our second visit and our second disappointment. The first time our access card was blocked on New Year’s Eve, and this time there was no electricity in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the emergency number, which you only discover after endless advertising, still does not work. We feel mocked.✦Translating

The site facilities are easy to understand, but for a newly built site it is too sloped, and above all the spaces are too narrow. Public car park. Camping is not allowed. Often overcrowded in summer due to the beach pool. Otherwise, there is an excellent sauna where the parking fee is credited. Charging points are often blocked by combustion-engine cars, but the charging rates themselves are reasonable.✦Translating
