Traffic is light after 22 Uhr, but the road is nearby and the parking edges are slightly sloped. Recent information states that overnight stays for motorhomes are prohibited in Schleswig-Holstein.

WARNING: Overnight stays in motorhomes are prohibited throughout Schleswig-Holstein! This is strictly enforced throughout Ostholstein, especially on Fehmarn, and of course in the surrounding areas too! Overnight stays are prohibited under the State Nature Conservation Act. Restoring your ability to drive is not a problem on motorways or federal roads. That does not apply at lakes or the sea. The Schleswig Higher Regional Court has issued several rulings on this!Translating
A good free place for one night. A portable toilet is available, and the trail into the forest is perfect for the dog. The road is hardly used after 10 p.m. Unfortunately, the edges are slightly sloped, so it is difficult to park level. Well, there is always a catch ;)Translating
