Sports arena parking, no overnight

Good for parking the motorhome during the day; otherwise completely unsuitable. We felt watched by the many athletes coming and going, so we decided not to spend the night there.

Parking beneath tennis courts, a car park with a landscaped strip about 7 m away, so there is room. We did not sleep there. Bar nearby; the center of Collalbo and the Renon train are a short distance away.

Good place to spend the night, slightly sloped. We did not find the toilets. We spent Sunday night there; there was some noise, especially music from midnight to 2 a.m., but it did not stop us sleeping.

Practical place with no visual interest, but we were not disturbed. Many sports facilities nearby and a sports bar. We were there on a Friday and it was quite noisy until about 1 a.m.

We stayed one night in the upper parking area, slightly sloped but okay. Quite a lot of coming and going because of the arena next door, but it does the job. Excellent 4G reception because it is right next to a large antenna.

Sports center parking area, free and very well located for visiting the Renon pyramids—about 35 minutes on foot—and close to a bakery where you can have breakfast in the morning. There was some noise in the evening, but it did not prevent us from sleeping.

The approach to this parking area is fantastic. The outdoor pool is also very nice, with reasonable prices. Unfortunately, there is currently a major construction site, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Otherwise, the parking area is highly recommended.

I can recommend the outdoor pool right by the parking area for showers. From 4 p.m. for €2. June to September.

We have now spent a second peaceful night here.

Forget weekends on match days… and good luck turning around with a motorhome.
