Camping el Greco CM-4000 km 0.7 (45004, Toledo)

Campsite close to the city, with clean and spacious sanitary facilities, but it does not deserve its 3 stars: the pool is not open in the morning, the drinking water is hot, and the highway-style streetlights remain on all night. The night is excessively expensive (€45 for 2 people and 1 van, on the smallest pitch).

Very good bus connection to central Toledo. Very good pool.

The site is very close to the city, the pitches are very good, each has its own electricity box, and quiet hours were respected, except for someone from outside who left music playing at full volume until very late on a Monday. The pool is spectacular and everything is very clean: showers, toilets, laundry room and sinks. I came alone for the night, with a motorcycle and a tent: €36.

Very nice and well-maintained grounds. Pitches sufficiently large. Top sanitary facilities! Free pool! Great view of Toledo. Easy to reach by bicycle! The restaurant, which does not belong to the campsite, may not necessarily want to work or be friendly! All the campsite employees were extremely friendly! We would gladly come again!

Very clean and spacious campsite. Pitches separated by hedges. Very good sanitary facilities. The pool overlooking Toledo is magnificent. The pitches directly by the road are extremely bright—headlights really shine there all night. Other pitches are much better. Very noisy on weekends because music from a club/restaurant continues until early morning (5 a.m.).

Everything is great. It's expensive for what you get, but it's Toledo! The bad thing is the streetlights being on all night—what's the need??? They shone directly into our camper!

The facilities are good and everything is very clean, but they make you pay for breathing. You have to pay for the pool, parasol and sun loungers separately. Everything is prohibited.

5 stars for the campsite and at least 1 more for the restaurant, overall friendliness, superb pool and easy access to Toledo (although you have to walk or take the bus!). Also, a large pitch for our 9-meter vehicle and very clean sanitary facilities. Let the grumpy people stop complaining; breakfast has never been a service criterion!

Nice grounds, great view of Toledo, divided pitches. Good restaurant/service has a lot of room for improvement. Located by a public swimming pool. Upon arrival, with only about 30% occupancy, we were assigned one of the most neglected pitches—unexplained, but we were able to change without any problems. Very clean sanitary facilities/hot water. No water at the pitch. Major drawback: no breakfast at all.

Very pleasant campsite, within walking distance of Toledo city center through the San Martin gate (about a 30-minute walk). The sanitary facilities (showers, toilets) are spotless, with plenty of hot water. We ate one evening at the campsite restaurant overlooking the city—very beautiful and very good! I highly recommend it.

There was still plenty of space. Nicely laid out, good pitches, excellent and clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order, but there was a fair price reduction. Walking into the city is okay; bus 72 did not run because of the cathedral's 800th anniversary celebrations. A €9 taxi was also fine.

The campsite is very well situated, with clean washroom facilities, hot water and good pressure. I am not giving a higher rating because both the reception employee and the restaurant staff are very unfriendly, and because the pool is empty at this time of year due to lack of maintenance. Unacceptable!!

Friendly welcome, well-maintained campsite. Flat, landscaped pitches. Clean and spacious sanitary facilities (hot water for washing dishes). We spent a very quiet night here. €33 for a van and 2 adults without electricity is expensive. The pool was closed for renovation.

Very well-maintained grounds, nicely laid out, pitches sufficiently large, spacious sanitary facilities. It takes 25–30 minutes on foot to reach the Puente de San Martin and practically the historic district of Toledo. The swimming pool is currently being renovated and is therefore closed. The restaurant was open, but we did not eat there.

Stunning campsite with very nice facilities. Great location. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The bus into town was €1.40. Don’t forget you return from a different bus stop from the one you get off. We also used taxis and Bolts - around €7 and well worth the money. Toledo itself was amazing. Thank you

The pool is closed (for renovations...?). €36 per night for 2 people and electricity is expensive, but it is the only campsite in Toledo. Close to the city. Everything has already been said about how to get there.

Large and well-maintained campsite, pitches are not very large. Sanitary facilities are very neat. Pool was not open yet. We paid €33 for 2 people with a small camper. Very expensive for what you get and far too large-scale for our taste, but a perfect place to visit Toledo.

Quite large pitches, well delimited by hedges—€36 per night (1 motorhome + 2 people + electricity). Sanitary facilities near the entrance are old-fashioned; those at the far end are newer. Washing machine and dryer. One drawback: it is not easy to get into town: about 1 km uphill to reach the bus stop, and the bus only passes once an hour. Taxi: €10.

Nothing to complain about regarding the campsite. The bus to Toledo is not very punctual (when it arrives!), but the journey can be done on foot.

Very good campsite with beautiful, well-defined pitches for motorhomes. Very decent sanitary facilities. 1 km from the walls and 2 km from the upper part of the city. Buses every hour, stopping at the campsite entrance.

Very friendly staff, very well located for visiting Toledo or going to Puy du Fou. If there are four or more of you, using Bolt is recommended: very fast and not expensive. The campsite is a little expensive at €59 per night for a 7.40 m motorhome with all services. Spacious pitch; be careful with the branches of the olive trees.

Very well located campsite for visiting Toledo, 15 minutes on foot from the Roman San Martin Bridge. Possibility of taking bus L72 in front of the campsite. Motorhome pitches near reception are pleasant and well delimited. €72 for 2 nights, motorhome and 2 people.

Decent campsite about 5 km from the historic center. Internal roads require real expertise. We paid €120 for three nights for a van and two people with electricity. Inadequate shower. In short, very expensive for what they offer.

The campsite is very good, but expensive: €44 for a motorhome and two people. It has all the services and a bus to the center very close by every hour. The restaurant serves very good food.

Clean campsite and pleasant welcome, excellent restaurant—many locals come to eat there. The sanitary facilities are cleaned six times a day, pitches are well delimited. Not much shade for those visiting in summer. Shuttle to the historic center. We walked there; allow 35 minutes. We will definitely return. The pool is currently under renovation, which is not a problem at this time of year.

Good campsite with spacious pitches... there is a bus stop for visiting the city... somewhat expensive, but I received a discount for traveling alone... I recommend it.
