This homestay offers pitches for campers and tents in a quiet setting near the Kaiserstuhl, 20 km from Freiburg and Europa-Park. Prior arrangement is required, and a large parking lot is available beside the house if nobody is home. Toilets, water, electricity, and a small kitchen are available, while pets are allowed by arrangement. The fee is €20, towels cost €5/person, and breakfast costs €12/person.

We spent one night here and were given a very warm welcome. The sanitary facilities are clean, and there is a small kitchen available. We had breakfast, which was very good and plentiful.
Communication problems: Apparently the site is not actually open all year round, as indicated here. We called and sent an email, but received no response. My previous entry here then received a friendly response after two days saying that the owners were currently on holiday and the site would not open until a week later. I will be happy to report on the site after visiting.
It was very idyllic, clean, and incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Large, safely located pitch. Clean toilet.
