Unnamed Road, 12-200, Zdory
Been here?
A very calm lakeside wild spot on Lake Śniardwy, with a shallow shore and beautiful summer sunsets. There is no WC, and reaching the place involves about 3km of unpaved road. The main road to the island was closed in September 2025, while the alternative route had a large mud hole. The site is quiet outside the season but can become crowded and dirty at weekends.

Main road to get on the island is closed due to construction and the alternative road seems good at the beginning but at some point there is a giant mud hole which you need to pass. Already worn out before the rain. We rather made a u-turn than risking to get stuck.
Very beautiful area. The road here is, as already described in the other comments, very bumpy. Not littered, but not completely clean either. In particular, day visitors apparently always forget their folding spades...
Wonderful place on a peninsula. Very close to nature. Long approach along a gravel road. You can park right on the shore of a very clean lake with highly transparent water and no algae. The bottom is rocky and sandy (for comfort, I recommend water shoes :) ). The greatest attraction is the sunsets! There are few mosquitoes by the lake, but in the forest and meadows there are swarms of them.
Very good place. Quiet, secluded, and easy to access. The sunset is wonderful. We recommend it.
Peaceful, quiet, and clean outside the season. The road is quite bumpy, but it is worth it.
Beautiful place, provided you are there outside the season when there are few people. No services, and the access is quite difficult. The sunsets make up for everything. For those who want more, there are organized campsites with facilities nearby.
Mega beautiful place! Instead of staying one night, we stayed two. Totally peaceful, unless the drunk people next door are standing around asking for vodka and leaving their car running at night because otherwise it is too cold—but that was bearable. The place makes up for it; it is so beautiful! THEREFORE: Take your rubbish with you!!!! Nature is not a rubbish bin!!!
Beautiful spot. Outside the season it is not very crowded; apart from us there were two other campers. Beautiful nature, lots of space for walks with the dog, good access to the water, and far from cities. Recommended.
Lots of people in the summer. Clouds of insects. It is very windy from the lake. rocky but shallow shore. difficult access after rain. Nice sunsets.
Absolutely full at the weekend. Even by the water there were only people, and everything was littered. There is hardly anything to discover here either. It is more for young people who want to party in nature at the weekend. I only stayed overnight once and then drove on.
