Quiet grass pitches, no electricity

About ten spaces on grass, marked out by small rocks, behind a school and playground. We were there in July 2026; it was very quiet. There is a place to empty black water and refill with water for free. There are also toilets (clean when we visited), a book box, and a small supermarket. There is a field opposite and a few houses behind the trees.

Perfect for emptying wastewater and the toilet cassette. Rinsing is possible, with a tap available. Thanks to the municipality of Mégrit!

A wonderful discovery; we were warmly welcomed in Mégrit. Free parking. Emptying and rinsing the cassette is possible free of charge, despite the low water flow. A small supermarket is very close by, with everything needed for supplies. The shopkeeper is very pleasant and delighted to see motorhome travellers visiting her store. Very quiet night and level pitch. Thanks to the municipality.

Very clean and well-maintained area. Well-stocked supermarket with gas, bread, croissants, and roast chicken on Sunday morning... and the managers are as friendly as you rarely see anymore. Beautiful, well-defined pitches. No bins for dog waste. A minor criticism quickly forgotten because of the quality of the site. A big thank you and congratulations to the municipality, which is as welcoming as its area.

A functional site, but not very well signposted. It is on Rue des Granitiers, not in the Clos subdivision.

Extraordinary place: clean, new, and free. The services work perfectly. The spaces are very large; each has its own picnic area with freshly planted apple trees that will provide shade when they grow. Very friendly locals. Toilets and recycling bins on site. Football field, basketball court, pétanque court, playground, small parkour course, etc. Many thanks to the community

Thanks to the municipality for this welcome. Plenty of space, peace and quiet, services available, and the supermarket next door. What more could you ask for? The village is very beautiful but seems a little frozen in time. We were alone at the site and in the streets.

Superb brand-new site. It is quiet, very close to a playground and a supermarket with very friendly staff. The pitches are marked out, but everyone has privacy because they are well spaced. In short, excellent!
