Been here?
This free gravel motorhome area below Vilada offers a flat pitch, mountain views, and generally peaceful surroundings beside the sports facilities. Clean-water and black-water services are available, but there is no grey-water drain. Electricity costs 1€80 and is too far from the parking area for normal cables. Access can be difficult for large motorhomes, and using electricity may require a 100m cable.

flat and beautiful view. we were alone and we spent 2 nights. Black water and clean water access.
Very beautiful place; we spent a quiet night. Wonderful view of the mountains.
if you like nature and mountain views this is your perfect spot. so peaceful nature all around you one of my favourite park ups. also has water and toilet emptying facility. Also as mentioned electric but you'd have to park on sloping roadside to use
Good place to empty the cassette toilet and get free water. The electricity tower is far from the rest area, which makes no sense. Otherwise, fine.
Pleasant place. Quiet; we spent one night without noise. There is a sports center next door, but there was no activity. The only drawback is that the electricity and water services provided by the area are somewhat far from the parking area.
The area is not bad, but there is a lot of noise: paddle tennis, football, and the swimming pool until midnight, plus dogs barking all night. Not recommended for large motorhomes.
Very quiet place. The electricity is impossible to use unless you have a 100-meter cable. For large motorhomes, it is recommended to enter via the road behind the bend after passing through the village.
June 5, 2025: very happy to have found this motorhome area! Most campsites are still closed. We were able to recharge the electricity for €1.80 and fill up with water. The area is quiet, next to the sports facilities. Toilets near the very close swimming pool. Thanks to the municipality of Vilada.
Free area with fresh- and black-water services, and also electricity (we did not try it; it seems to work with tokens or coins). There are NO grey-water services. Today, NONE of the services worked. All the services are far from the area's parking area; to use the electricity, you need a 100-meter cable. Good views of the Serra del Picancel. A good initiative by the town council, but impractical. Nice sports area.
An exceptional view facing the mountains, peaceful, with a lovely little village and shops. Note: the shops are open in the morning until 1:30 p.m. We didn't use the facilities because they were really not straightforward... needs improvement. But it didn't bother us; we had filled up and emptied at the previous site.
Very quiet area. To access it, I recommend going through the village along the road and taking the right turn just after the bend. A short, fairly level path. The electrical hookup is unusable because of its distance from the parking area. Hopefully one day they will move the service point.
Everything as described; five more motorhomes arrived during the night. Super quiet, but only after training with 50 football players on the adjacent field. If you need electricity, this is the wrong place.
I stayed here one night. Although the parking area is quite good, it makes no sense for the motorhome services to be so far from the parking area! It is also difficult for large motorhomes to access, as the village streets are narrow and steep. The advantages are that it is quiet for sleeping and the swimming pool facilities with toilets are nearby, though only during the day and in summer.
Too bad, the water is too far away. The electricity is useless: I used a very, very long 100-meter cable, then inserted €1 because it was impossible to know the price for 30 minutes of electricity, then €2 for three-quarters of an hour... Anyway, I gave up.
Nice and calm. Views are great
Good place to spend the night. Place is level enough has a great view over the mountains. There is water and electricity but not at the place itself. About 70 meters away. You need a long cable. Our expedition truck is 7.8 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 3,67 meters high and has a wheelbase of 4.5. Much longer wheelbase or longer camper is difficult to get there. Steep, small access road.
Beautiful place, great view, very quiet, with benches and tables. The approach is steep but manageable for a panel van. Toilet disposal, fresh water and electricity available.
