Strada Statale 106 Jonica, 89044, Locri
Been here?
A pine-forest parking area beside a beautiful beach, with shaded spaces and a nearby cafe, bar and restaurant. Nights can be quiet, although the railroad and road create some noise. Access is easy from the main road for smaller camper vans, but the alternative entrance is very narrow and unsuitable for campers 6m long or 2,90m high.

Very nuce Pine Forest next to the Beach. Easy access from main road at this entrance (38.2085422, 16.2400739). At least with smaller Camper Van. If you go to the left, you can find loads of shade parking spots and a beautiful beach. Quiet night
The place is fantastic, but the entrance is really tight. I had to turn around and approach from the other side to get through, even though I am not very large at 4.5 m.
Underpass with a very narrow entrance. Access is impossible with a 6 m-long camper and a height of 2.90 m. The place itself is actually great.
A wonderfully quiet, secluded, scenic parking spot directly by the sea. Here is our tip: if you have four-wheel drive, drive a few meters left along the beach. You will find secluded spots there combining the Caribbean and the Serengeti. We were completely alone and undisturbed, naturism included. Many thanks for sharing!
