Inaccessible, with enormous holes and ruts at the entrance.
Four more or less shaded spaces. Quiet, but the road with heavy traffic can clearly be heard. Fifteen minutes from the Padirac Chasm.
A beautiful place by the river. Somewhat close to the road and not suitable for standard motorhomes. Very beautiful.
Great spot… only for 4x4s… no vans.
Quiet place, two or three shaded spaces for vans only, with the beach a few metres away.
Pleasant place. Difficult access. Some noise from the nearby road and a water pump running all night. Canoe camping area next door. Infested with wild mint—it smells lovely when you wake up!
A secluded place, near a major road but nevertheless quiet for the night. Not recommended for motorhomes; even leaving in a van is difficult. Be careful in summer: the village on the other side had fireworks and entertainment until about 2 a.m.
Nice spot near the Bave, but exiting is complicated for a van and impossible for a motorhome; a tow truck would be required.
Continue along the path to reach a small clearing. Some road noise until about midnight, but still pleasant for spending the night. Be careful when leaving; it is preferable for the passenger to direct traffic.
Easily accessible for vans, but access to the Dordogne is complicated. Very flat ground. The road passes right beside it, so it is noisy.
Very rough track. The road passes overhead, but there is not much traffic at night. Spot by the water. The bushes are rather dirty; people do not pick up their paper or rubbish. But we had a good night.
