Good parking area for the hike to Rampestreken and Nesaksla. The three-hour time limit is enough to walk up and take the cable car back down, or even to walk both ways if you are used to hiking.
Free, well-located, quiet parking area for doing the hike to the summit of Nesaksla; the cable-car price is exorbitant. Limited to three hours, which is just enough for the round trip on foot if you are an experienced hiker—the climb is very demanding.
We stayed there for three hours for free while hiking Rampestreken, without any problems. There were picnic tables as described, but we didn't use them.
