Porton Biondi 1, 52210, Rovinj
Been here?
A terraced campsite with many shaded pitches, sea views and beach access at 50 m. The ground is uneven, but the toilets and showers are clean, and Rovinj is reachable on foot along the sea in 1 km or by bicycle in about 5 minutes. A nearby road can be very loud, although the site is reported to become quiet after midnight. Prices include 74€/Nacht for 7,5m and 4 people, and 95 € per night for 7,45 m with 2 people and a dog.

Unfriendly welcome; I do not need to come here again. There are better places.
Pitches under the pine forest, more or less shaded, on uneven ground. Clean toilets and showers. Advantageous because of the proximity to the beach and the city of Rovinj, which can easily be reached by the little train. We stayed for four nights and had a good experience.
Beautiful shaded pitches directly by the sea. A little expensive, but the location is excellent.
Very expensive campsite because it is close to the city. Very noisy road.
€74 per night for 7.5 m. Four people are always included (we are four). The price varies according to occupancy and motorhome length, which I find fair. Quite usual regionally, and we liked it. Everything you need is on site. Quiet after midnight. The surrounding campers were louder than the road (third row). The city is within walking distance. Sanitary facilities are extremely well maintained! Bakery and market at the campsite.
Very nice high-end campsite facing the sea! Large choice of shaded pitches, quiet. Rovinj is a very pretty town to visit.
A very beautiful campsite. The trees provide shade, and the toilets are clean and modern. The beach is directly opposite. The old town can quickly be reached by bicycle.
Comfortable, shaded pitches, about 2 km from the center; very high prices, €70. By the sea, very peaceful and cool.
Very expensive: €61 per night for a van and two people. Very basic campsite, with pitches packed closely together. Next to a noisy road. The beach opposite is very unattractive. The only advantage is the nearby city.
130euros 2 night ducato van 6m 2persons electricity and taxes included. Next to the road
The place is as described in previous comments. However, the current pricing is different. For our 7.45 m motorhome, two people and a dog, we pay €95 per night! So it is only inexpensive for motorhomes up to 7 m.
The road is really loud. The campsite is terraced and has beautiful trees providing shade. The women's showers were unfortunately cold. Not exactly cheap either. Its proximity to the city is of course excellent. About five minutes by bicycle.
Very friendly welcome. The campsite is nicely laid out, but as already described, the road is very loud and currently (June 15) there is also construction noise because a sanitary building is being renovated. Access to the sea is unattractive; there is a bar directly opposite the campsite with loungers by the sea. Sanitary facilities are clean. Proximity to Rovinj was a plus for us, so we stayed only one night.
Stayed one night at the beginning of June. The campsite is well maintained. Toilets fairly clean. There is a bakery and a market. It is about 3 km from Rovinj center; you can get there by bicycle, but there is not always a cycle path, and in the evening the road is dark. Prices are fairly high (not those shown in the photo): we paid €61 plus tax for one night.
The site is somewhat noisy because of the road, but it is ideally located for visiting Rovinj. Terraced, with many trees and many watersports opportunities nearby. About 25 minutes on foot to the city, or 7 minutes by bicycle. Sanitary facilities are very clean.
Since road noise does not bother us and is muffled by the many trees, we spent two wonderful days very close to Rovinj (only 10 minutes by bike to the old town). The nearby beach is not particularly beautiful, but perfect for a quick dip. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer operating and the showers were not as clean as they should have been.
On a very busy road. You feel as if you are on the highway. Showers were dirty. The only positive point is the proximity to the beautiful old town. I would not come here again.
Perfect location for visiting Rovinj. Walkable, although a little tourist train also runs there and back regularly. Unbelievably loud because of the busy road, even with earplugs. The showers were awful: if someone flushes, scalding-hot water comes out; if someone uses warm water, cold water comes out. All in all, the site was too expensive for these conditions. One night for one city visit is okay.
Excellent location for Rovinj, clean, reasonably priced, and pleasant; the downside is being close to the road. Good starting point for cycling tours along the coast. The road did not bother us. Gladly again. There were still vacant pitches.
Very nice terraced campsite. Spacious pitches in different categories. Sanitary facilities very clean. About 2 km on foot to the city; also easy by bicycle. Price per night: €42 for a camper, two people, and electricity in the yellow category. The pitches higher up are definitely quieter.
Good starting point for a visit to the highly recommended city of Rovinj. Noisy because of the busy road. Showers were not always properly cleaned.
We stayed three nights with a dog and two people in a 6 m camper on a premium (standard) pitch farther up. Recommended, because the farther from the road, the quieter it is. It was already busy, partly because of the many holiday homes. The definite advantage is the proximity to the city. But the price is simply too high for what you get. It was increased today, so our setup now costs €60 per night.
Camping pitches close to the center. A dozen or so minutes on foot. Flat ground, gravel, plenty of shade. Clean bathrooms. Bakery and small shop on site. In May we were accepted without a reservation.
We stayed here for two nights. Very friendly welcome, premium pitch with sea view, but unfortunately somewhat noisy because of the road layout. Sanitary facilities clean, bakery on site, only 200 m from the beach, dog-friendly, and just a 20-minute walk to Rovinj!
A very good campsite with varying pitches. Most are under tall pine trees so felt quite dark. The showers and toilets are kept very clean and always nice hot water. 15/20 min walk to centre of Rovinj. Beach across the road with. Dog friendly beach and nice marina. Superb bakery on site with a nice variety of fresh breads and pastries each day. Pizza restaurant across the road. Quite busy for early season. Would recommend. Not the cheapest place as almost €40 a night for 2 adults, 1 van and 1 dog with this new administration charge everyone is adding on.
We drove to the site spontaneously to see Rovinj. There was still plenty of space and we could choose. Infrastructure is very good, and the sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. We explored the town on foot and had a pleasant night. €32 for two people with a rooftop-tent car, including tourist tax and electricity, is not too much.
Friendly staff, nice place just a stone's throw from Rovinj. We would happily return.
Ideal for visiting Rovinj. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but clean.
Nice campsite, a 15-minute walk from Rovinj. A choice of different pitches, from large and spacious to small and practical. In summer, most pitches are shaded, which is pleasant. Sanitary facilities are fine—not particularly special, but functional.
We enjoyed our stay at this site. We are two adults and a dog in a 6.3 metre campervan and we paid €29 per night with ACSI which we felt was fair. Rovinj is a beautiful town and within walking distance.
Tight conditions on the access roads, very clean sanitary facilities. However, the water pressure is unusually low. We had very loud neighbors above the site. At night it was quiet from 11 p.m. onward. However, we would not come here again.
Very good! Friendly! Choose your pitch according to the length of your motorhome; the price differences are not huge. The pitches are spacious. Water and electricity connections are directly on the pitch. At present, there is plenty of choice among the pitches. Avoid the main road. Have a good journey!
Nice site. In summer, it must be very pleasant with all the trees. The road is very loud during the day but quiet at night. Very cramped, and you have to do a lot of maneuvering. The trees along the access roads could be trimmed because they scrape and squeak against the vehicle.
Site directly on the road, pitches rather small, gravel, often shaded, and everything very cramped. Difficult to maneuver with a large motorhome. Sanitary facilities are good and clean.
Lovely campsite very close to the sea. Found a place without a reservation. Very clean and quiet; we did not hear the road. Bakery service in the campsite, even in the low season when the restaurant is closed.
We camped at the site for one night as a couple. We liked it very much: clean showers and friendly service. Unfortunately, the tent pitches are gravel. However, they have direct electricity connections. The road noise mentioned by others noticeably dies down at night. The city is easily walkable. Overall, we would come back.
Very nice and peaceful.
Very nice and tidy campsite. Sanitary facilities are very tidy. In camping teritory bakery is open in the mornings. Prices are quite decent during the off-season. I recommend.
The main road is very loud and the restaurant no longer exists. I would not go there again.
Two adults and two children (1 and 4), three nights: €134. Nice site, the main road was fairly loud; we recommend staying farther up. No pool or playground, but close to the city. And one of the most beautiful cities we have seen :)
Well-maintained campsite with clean toilets and showers, but extremely difficult to turn around and park. Super-narrow roads and a tiny pitch costing more than €50! Moreover, we were right next to the busy road, which makes an incredible amount of noise—it feels like being beside a motorway. Plus: a bakery is available from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., offering delicious pastries.
The site is well maintained and quite nice. The sanitary facilities are in good condition and were clean. The pitches are rather small. The sea is across the road. The biggest problem is the busy road directly beside the site. Depending on the pitch, you feel as if you are on a motorway. Very loud.
Great facilities, staff, beach on the other side of the road, and a nice view of Rovinj old town; fishing possible. The campsite has its own bakery and special facilities. A bit pricey, but there is nothing else around. €50 per night with a small van.
Great campsite and ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Rovinj. We requested an offer in advance and paid €88.04 including electricity for two nights (two people and a 6 m van)—a very fair price. If we are in the area again, we would stay there again!
It’s well kept and walking distance to the old town. But it’s ridiculous to be charged €80 a night in September. We were also told that no cheaper pitches were available - but there obviously were!! Also the noise from the chalet residents was loud until very late. All unacceptable. We felt ripped off
Well located but excessively expensive: €76 for two people with a van for one night. There are no services for that price. Two-star level. In addition, road noise is omnipresent.
I was glad to get a place spontaneously for two nights, one adult and one child, €156... unfortunately, that is a bit much, especially in the first row next to the busy road. But oh well! Bakery is okay, supermarket very small, sanitary facilities are clean, although there seem to be too few showers. Directly opposite the beach, and Rovinj is very easy to reach.
