Spacious lakeside site, cash payment

For us, one of the most beautiful parking areas where we stayed. Very clean and well maintained. Awning and chairs were no problem at all. We planned only one night but stayed four.

We stayed at this motorhome area for the second time and must say it has improved enormously. They created access to the lake, which was not there before. The area has everything, including electricity and bathrooms. Recommended!

in theory this place would be great... next to the lake , playpark, bus ride into Lovere... Unfortunately, they are very strict about parking (how, when, where , why) you have to pay for showers, after we had paid and parked up they decided to tell us there was a dj set on at the bar both nights we wanted to stay until around 1am! we have an 8yr old so would have been nice to be told this before

Great parking area in an excellent location! We stayed one night and felt very comfortable. Everything is clean, orderly and well maintained. Despite the road, it is surprisingly quiet; the traffic is barely audible. Perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. We would return anytime. There is a lawn area, so there is plenty of space.

Under the previous management, disabled people did not pay for the first 48 hours; now they pay half price. You can open the awning, but we recommend attaching tarps to it for shade. We were looking forward to the new Baia delle Rose. It is true that there is plenty of space to lie down, including a sandy section, but swimming is impossible: there are only algae, floating everywhere!

Large, level spaces with no shade. Beside a path leading to a small park and a tiny, poor beach with paid sun loungers and umbrellas. People constantly walk along this path chatting, so anyone parked on that side can forget about an afternoon nap or going to bed early. However, this is not the fault of the motorhome area.

Clean area very close to the center. Quiet and safe. Friendly staff. The only drawback is that one of the two showers was cold.

A very warm welcome, near the lake with a small beach. Good location with some shade and picnic spaces, and a beautiful playground. Nice walk along the lake to visit Lovere. Truly recommended.

Wonderful place for €20 per night. The charge starts when you drive in, but payment is in cash and in advance. Unusual, but only a minor issue. A nice playground for children. At the end of the site there is a bar where you can eat pleasantly. The beautiful lake is also at the end. Quiet place. All inclusive. Toilet and shower require payment, but I do not need them. I will return.

Very warm welcome. The person at the entrance gives excellent advice. Close to the town; you can cycle around part of the lake. What a shame that payment is only in cash.

Very beautiful motorhome area. The surrounding scenery is magnificent. There are opportunities for walks and hikes along the lake or in the various nearby towns, each more beautiful than the last.

Orderly, functional and clean, with all the necessary services. Friendly manager. Good location for walking to the beautiful village of Lovere. Very popular and often full, because it is excellent overall. We need more areas like this around our lakes!

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained parking area. A 15-minute walk to the center of Lovere. There are places around the area to walk the dog. Thanks to Mr. Valentino, who gave us an excellent welcome and lots of information. This alone deserves five stars. Unfortunately, the coin-operated timed shower did not work properly. I suggest changing the hot-water system for the showers.

Well-maintained, orderly and clean area. Fair price and very friendly managers. Be careful not to arrive from the eastern side of the lake: from Riva di Solto to Lovere the road is extremely narrow and winding. With a 6-meter camper we struggled when passing cars.

The motorhome area is pleasant on the lakeside, but unfortunately very crowded, and it is difficult to find a space on weekends. The cost is now €20 in cash only, which is not fair; at the bar I can pay by credit card for €1. Showers cost €1 for 4 minutes, with no button to stop the time, and the coin slot is outside the door. So either there are two of you, or you insert the money, enter, undress and the time is over.

Very friendly and helpful operator. Pitches are large enough, also suitable for larger motorhomes. Toilets are very basic. Bring your own toilet paper. Shower available, but requires coins. Plenty of space at the service area for filling and emptying.

We stayed here for 2 nights and paid 35 euros. Quiet site right by the water. About 5–10 minutes’ walk into town. We cycled along the lake for a while. Perfect cycling path. Behind the pitches there is a small grassy area with picnic benches. The toilet and shower are somewhat outdated but clean.

Recommended stopover area! Comfortable pitches with electricity and water for €18 per day, cash only. It is lovely that it is right on the lake. Within 10 minutes’ walk you can reach both the center of Costa Volpino on one side and Lovere on the other. We will definitely return this summer; ferries and the lakeside walk depart nearby.

Excellent stopover area close to the lake and convenient for the center. Great price and staff. Sergio and his son are kind, helpful, and very welcoming. The only improvement would be to create a service block in the second area.

Lovely stopover area right on the lake. If it is full, they let you access area 2, which only has electricity. Filling and emptying must be done in the main area, which is very inconveniently arranged.

Excellent stopover area equipped with all services, very convenient as a base for visiting the beauty of the lake on foot or by bicycle.

I have just left and can only review it as everyone else does: everything was very good. Sinks, bathrooms, and the rubbish collection area were perfectly orderly and spotlessly clean; filling and emptying was easy; internet coverage was perfect, at least for my provider; walks and cycle paths are close by; and finally, the manager and his staff are unquestionably available and kind. I would return.

We will return. Stopover area with spacious pitches. Many of us had lunch outside the camper. Fresh croissants in the morning. Friendly and helpful managers. You cannot expect to book; there are many spaces, but also many campers on the road.

Really nice stopover area with all the essential services. The only drawback, which would otherwise have earned five stars: the showers are hot, but the room is unheated. Otherwise more than excellent; the managers are helpful and friendly.

The stopover area itself is not bad, but the lakeside promenade currently leaves much to be desired. A note about the pedestrian connection to Lovere: you have to walk on the roadway, and I would never do it at night. See for yourself. When we called, we were told spaces could not be reserved, but when we arrived there were at least 5–6 pitches with reserved signs... the usual friends of friends.

Excellent motorhome area, 15 minutes’ walk from the town center. It is great that the 220V hookup also provides water. Services include hot showers (€1 for 4 minutes), recycling bins, sinks for washing things, and Wi-Fi. There seems to be a mini-bar. All for €18. Large pitches suitable for all types of campers.

We arrived at New Year and found many spaces available in the Prato area. Very large pitches, practically a few steps from the lake. Cost €18 per night, cash only; electricity was nearby and trouble-free. In front there is a beautiful fenced playground. Two showers at €1, three toilets, and two dishwashing sinks, all in the reception area. In summer, I think it must be paradise.

Very convenient motorhome area for visiting Lovere. €18/24 hours. Quiet day and night. In the morning they have fresh bread and croissants and casoncelli, typical local filled pasta. Water and electricity can be connected directly at the pitch. Grey- and black-water disposal available. Bathrooms and showers are available, although we did not use them. A very warm welcome from the hosts. Highly recommended.

Probably the most beautiful motorhome stopover area, very well designed. I slept peacefully and happily; all services are available. What impressed me most is the electricity hookup with two drinking-water connections beside it. The daily price is €18, and the owners are very kind.

I was there for two nights, Friday to Sunday. Luckily we arrived early enough. It then became really full, around 130 motorhomes. As already mentioned, there are only two toilets and two unheated showers. Borderline. On the other hand, there is a good service station for filling and emptying. The price is okay: €34 including electricity.

Excellent motorhome area also close to beautiful Lovere. Many large and comfortable pitches. The only drawback is the showers, which need renovating. Number 2 especially deserves a new showerhead.

The stopover area was full, so they placed us in the adjacent parking area, still with electricity and use of all services. Helpful staff; an excellent starting point for the Oglio cycle path.

Very friendly owners. It is very busy on weekends, but everyone leaves again on Sunday evening. Two toilets, one of which is a squat toilet. The shower on the left is more like a high-pressure sprayer and is not pleasant at all. The other one is fine, but not great. It is cleaned daily. €1 for 4 minutes, starting when you insert the coin; unfortunately, it also takes another minute for the water to heat up. Location 5 stars.

We arrived on Saturday evening and were lucky to find a space at all, as it was already very full. At the end of the weekend, many local campers left. When the site is full, however, two toilets and showers are rather few. Otherwise, a wonderful, quiet location directly on the lake. The owners were very friendly.
